Sweet Escape | Sleeps 24, Walk to Lake, Hot Tub, Game Room!

Our group was in Island Park for a time of outdoor activity, rest, rejuvenation, and relaxation. The spaciousness of this home was a key component to our trip being a success. The hosts were professional and very communicative during our stay. We will definitely be considering this home again in the future for our return trips to the area.

It was a beautiful cabin, the large bedroom was perfect for the kids and some of the adults, three bathrooms were great, the island with 8 stools were nice for the kids, hot tubs was nice. The game room was a little chilly, the sidewalk could have been shoveled, the oven wasn't working right. There were lots of plates, cups and mugs, bowls, pans etc in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the fireplace, TV was a nice size, washer and dryer were great!

We had a lovely stay. Kitchen was well stocked, proximity to reservoir was fun and hosts were responsive.

Really just perfect! We had so much fun and there was not one thing we needed that wasn’t in the cabin. Thank you! We had a perfect Thanksgiving!

The space was amazing but it does need updates and repairs, could use an outdoor seating area also has no air conditioning so if your going in the summer be prepaired.

We stayed for a week in August (17-23) and had 20 of us in our group. The house fit all of us easily. However, the house does NOT have AC so beware of that. We didn't realize that until we got there and the house got up to 78 degrees during the day. It was something we missed when booking because you kind of expect places to have AC these days. The kids absolutely LOVED the game room in the garage and spent tons of time there when we were at the house and not doing some sort of sight-seeing. The property is a nice wooded property with some room to roam and play games outside. During our stay the area was in a level 1 (yellow) so campfires in approved fire pits are supposed to be ok. I spoke to the manager and he said we are not able to have a fire at the house, even though the neighbors are having fires in their firepit in their yard. Stage 1 means you are able to have a campfire in a fire pit. This was a disappointment for us as the weather during the evening was absolutely perfect for a campfire and roasting marshmallows. It was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay! Having that available was very nice to have as the area is very dusty so we were able to wash clothes and towels.There was road construction during our stay which was very frustrating (nothing the owners/manager could do about it). There is only one way to the house and that way was under construction and we would have to wait 20 plus minutes to get through. Overall it was a nice stay!

Great property! We loved that towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, detergent, dish soap, etc. were provided. AC not great, but fans around anticipating the heat. It's in a beautiful location and close to a lot of fun! Spent three days in Yellowstone and floated the river in Island Park. The river is a short walk from the cabin for skipping rocks in the evening. It was big enough to fit all of our family with kids, grandkids, spouses, and everyone had a comfortable bed--including the baby with the provided crib. There was also a high chair that was very helpful. The big smart TV was great for some evening entertainment. Great stay and everyone loved the hot tub. The management company was easy to work with.A few downsides to the stay were that when we arrived, the house was very dirty. We spent the first day sweeping up candy wrappers, blueberries, suckers, and trash. The carpet in one room had a sticky spot. The nightstands in every room were covered with dried contacts stuck to them, used cotton balls, TV stand was covered with dust, which made me wonder if any of the surfaces were wiped down. The couch initially was slanted as it only had a few legs, but by the end of the stay they had taken them all off when they came to unclog some sinks and check out the loud drier. Also, the listing says there is a double bed in a common area, but that's not there.Despite these, we had a great stay. The cabin is stunning and makes for the perfect sweet escape with a large group.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The owners were amazing and super responsive. We had zero issues and it very comfortably held our large group. The rules of the house are not crazy like some I have seen. Just your basic, treat it like it like you own it. Having access the the washer was a big plus! We were able to get some of our laundry done before leaving. Just a really great expirence overall. These owners have set the bar for what I now expect in a VRBO rental!!

My fiance, about 15 friend's and family, and I spent the weekend- cornhole, grilling, beer pong, hot tubbing, everything was so perfect.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. Quiet,cozy and exactly what we needed. The owners/property managers were quick to help with questions and an issue. It was a lovely weekend!

The house was everything it said it would be. It was a great location for all of the snowmobiling we did. Jake was awesome in his communications when we had some questions.

The property was great and the location was beautiful.The communication was lacking. While the property sleeps 24, there was not bedding or towels for that many provided. When we contacted them that we needed more, we were told they would bring more up. After several hours we contacted them again and were told we would not get the bedding until the next day. They never reached out to us to warn us of the delay, we had to reach out to them. There were also cameras outside, which was fine, except for the one aimed at the hot tub. Additionally, while the snow had been cleared on the driveway, it was not cleared up to the doors which made it difficult to get in to the house.

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful home. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Loved the fireplace and game room. Hot tub was also great in the cold weather. Had an amazing time catching up with family.
