Sweet Cabin 10 min. away from Ski area

Beautiful and comfy cabin. The hosts are super thoughtful and prepared everything you will and might need. The valley is tranquil and beautiful as well. We even saw an elk! My only suggestion would be to use slightly better quality linens. The current bed sheets are prone to attract small hair and keep them on the sheets, even after washes.

It is a beautiful cabin. Very well made, but there is only one ac vent in the upstairs and was extremely warm up there, luckily the outside temps were low so by opening the windows they were able to sleep comfortably until the sun came up. It needs a seperate ac unit for upstairs. The down stairs unit was not working at first, but the owner was very prompt in getting it fixed the same day and the downstairs was very comfortable all week.Overall we had a great week! Loved it and would rent it again if the upstairs ac was taken care of.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable .The host always responded immediately to my questions. The views from the cabin of the surrounding mountains was beautiful. The location was perfect: just five miles from Cataloochee ski resort, where some of us in our party skied every day.

We loved our stay at Sweet Cabin! We came to celebrate our 1 year old’s first birthday. He loved the Christmas tree and decorations, though probably too much! We’ll have a hard time keeping him away from our tree this year! The cabin was as described; we even had visits from elk just like the picture, as well as a bonus badger appearance! The bed rooms, linen, and bathrooms were all clean, the cabin is well maintained, and the appliances are modern and in order. The neighborhood is quiet and low traffic. We had a great experience and hope to return soon.

What a wonderful place!!

What an amazing stay. The cabin was immaculately beautiful and just what we were looking for. Great WiFi and family games avail for night time and meals on the deck watching the sunrise and Mountain View’s were spectacular. As we drove out, Elk lined the community and we just couldn’t believe such a heavenly place existed. Still plenty of color this time of year and the mountains in high elevations already had snow. Amazing time thank you

Love this cabin!!! Have been coming here for 4 years...would not think about staying anywhere else..had a special visitor in the yard yesterday.It was a Great surprise.

We loved our stay! The property was so cute and very clean. It was conveniently located and only took 10-15 minutes to get to the ski area.

Cozy cabin, perfect for our family of 4. Close to skiing and grocery store. Would recommend.

We stayed here for thanksgiving week, it was six of us and our small dogs and we enjoyed staying here. The cabin was fully equipped, it was Christmas decorated and had a beautiful Christmas tree. The porch of the house it’s long. And even though it was cold to go outside to see the stars. Would recommend this cabin 100%.

We came up to help with disaster relief in the swannanoa area and have stayed in this neighborhood at another house before. We always enjoy our stay.
