Very clean and comfortable space. Feels private while still being close to the necessities.

The place was great. I will let other motorcyclists know that the last 50 yards leading up to the property is gravel going up hill. Not a big deal but I know some riders have trouble with that. The property is well maintained and peaceful. I'd recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from everything. The privacy and the nature surrounding you is just what we needed. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed by the window was amazing to open and just relax. The only thing to note is that there is not a dresser. We stayed a week so had to become crative for the clothes, but it did not take away all the cabin has to offer. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again.

We very much enjoyed our stay 4-night stay. This cabin is clean, cozy, well stocked and located in a peaceful setting. If you’re looking for a place to get away, we highly recommend this cabin. Spacious porch is an added bonus!

The cabin was absolutely lovely and in a very peaceful spot. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a nice meal. My son and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was a charming cabin!

This cabin is amazing!! Everything you need is included!! Bathroom was stocked with all the essentials…kitchen was stocked with everything too!!The bed was cozy and the couch was firm to sit on…the fire pit is ginormous and wood was provided.The decorating is perfect! The deck is huge, the grills were in perfect condition…we loved our visit!! Thank you!

We came and stayed for our 12 year wedding anniversary. The cabin was wonderful for being alone and reconnecting after a hectic life with 4 kiddos.

Beautiful cabin tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life. Exactly what I needed for a couple of nights before the holiday season!

This cabin was really nice to stay in for a couple nights! We found it really pretty on the outside and fun and unique on the inside. Our problems were that there were no shade/curtains for privacy in the big glass window in front door nor the window above the sink, many of the string lights were burnt out, the low water pressure in the bathroom, and the mailbox is put at the end of a DIFFERENT driveway than the one we were supposed to go to. That made the first night pretty uncomfortable but by the morning, that feeling had mostly subsided. I'd still love to give them 4 stars though because they seemed nice, they built the house themselves, they had a review book inside (it was full though), and the outside was really peaceful.

We rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was wonderful! It was such a cute and cozy place to stay. Everything was clean, there were several amenities to use. My husband loved having a grill to use and I loved using the smaller bed area as a book nook. We will most definitely be back again, next time with the kids. They would really love the place too!

The location is quiet yet convenient to Red River Gorge and other local attractions. From relaxing by the firepit to enjoying a novel in the book nook bed, every moment was relaxing and memorable. We hope to come back for another stay!

Sunset Ridge is a cozy, quiet haven that is exactly as represented in the listing. We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our time at the cabin. The kitchen is well-appointed for a small, simple space and everything was clean and ready to use. The entire cabin was welcoming, clean, and felt like a home. We spent one afternoon placing Trivial Pursuit on the porch. The cabin now has an outdoor griddle (blackstone-style) that was delivered while we were there. Fantastic listing - we loved it!

Beautiful, secluded and spacious

We LOVED the location! It was perfect for my husband and I on an anniversary weekend getaway! We made a fire for smores and hit up a lot of activities on the red river gorge. This cabin has vintage appliances, board games, a spacious bathroom comfortable bed. Can’t go wrong with this spot!

We had a fantastic honeymoon in this little cabin. We went to Red River Gorge to hike most everyday on some awesome trails. Cabin was wonderful.

Nice cozy cabin about 45 minutes from Natural bridge and RRG. still an easy drive. It is a cabin, so there were some critters to look out for, but overall a nice private place to hang out.The bed by the window had some wood splitting from the ceiling. It didn’t seem like it was actively coming apart, but something to keep in mind and maybe address in the future.

Superb accommodations and everything was as expected. If you want a mountain retreat, you will be delighted with this sunset. Stay with the sunset headway.

Beautiful and clean place to stay! The only downside is the water temp and pressure in shower made it unusable, and there was a very distinct smell in the water that caused us to have to use bottled water for coffee after having tasted it the first morning.

Me and my fiance really enjoyed our stay we are definitely coming back good places to go hiking go for a drive go swimming

My girlfriends and I loved the quaint cabin. The firepit was great! Beds are comfortable and comes with plenty of kitchen amenities! I would recommend adding a curtain option for the bed by the window.. Though it's off the beaten path, we were removed enough from others and no issue of safety.

Owners were excellent to work with. We canceled day of our trip due to flooding, and they were great to work with. Will definitely reschedule due to owners great service.

Beautiful & tastefully done . Loved the farm sink & bedroom doors. Peaceful & cozy. Only suggestion would be to add a blind on kitchen window. Being alone in beautiful woods was wonderful but with blind or curtain I would have felt more secure . Lovely place .

Perfect little getaway!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay. The fire pit and grill outside were the perfect camping amenities, and the hot shower and washer/dryer put the glamour in glamping. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the cute reading nook. There was plenty to entertain with the trails and books/games provided. Our only small issues were a few wasps we had to fight off and we had a small issue with the shower water pressure. Everything we could possibly need was provided: hand soap, shampoo, butter, even ketchup! I never felt more welcome or more at home in a cabin until this one. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Our getaway weekend was amazing thanks to this beautiful secluded cabin. No neighbors but not too isolated where you feel you’re in the middle of nowhere. The distance between the cabin and food and necessities was perfect enough to still feel you’re away from the city and fast life. The cabin had everything we needed with a touch of rustic and new, amazing mountain views and beautiful porch to see the sunset. Our anniversary weekend was perfect.

Loved my stay. I was looking for a quiet get away to reset and rest, and it was exactly what I got. My cell phone didn’t work- which was a blessing in disguise :). WiFi worked great though. Definitely would stay again

This cabin was so beautiful and well thought out! The window bed so cool and very comfortable! The cabin was very clean, and had all the supplies we needed. Plenty of firewood too. Erica was very quick to respond to the couple of questions I had. We will definitely be back!

If you want a quiet retreat, this is the place. Communication with the host is excellent the place is spotless, the bed is comfy and as you enjoy sitting by the fire, the night sky is beautiful.

We had a lovely time at the cabin. It wasnt *quite* as isolated without leaves on the trees and the neighborhood was interesting, but we didnt mind at all. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just stayed here for a weekend. It was a cozy and clean and we had a fun time exploring the area!

We initially had a difficult time entering the property as some local kids with their aggressive dogs blocked our car in until we laid on the horn and yelled for the dogs to move since the people did nothing to control their animals.

It was a cute cabin and very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and hanging lights. We just wish it was a little closer to Red River Gorge or hiking trails.

The overall stay was pretty good but there are some things that need some work. The oven went out during our trip and threw a huge wrench in our cooking plans for the weekend including wasting groceries we bought. The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing and the water was never hot for long. We found when we arrived that some of the utensils still had grease and food on them. The lights kept flickering on and off and the bed was on wheels that would move at the slightest movement making it feel iffy to sleep on

My pilot didn't listen to my navigation instructions, but we figured it out in the end with help from our Host! It's a great place, wonder and quiet location. We will definately be back!

Sweet cabin and quiet secluded location, has other nearby properties so feels safe. Host had everything you need but decor was not cluttered. I struggled a little with the lighting, could use a bright floor lamp for reading or needlework. Otherwise very nice!
