Sunrise Resort Day Trips! Family Cabin w/ Fire Pit

The cabin is in a nice location near Rainbow Lake and centrally located to local amneities and shopping. It was well appointed for cooking and games. There were a few items that may need a few repairs or upgrades but overall a low key, peaceful place to stay to unwind.

Kitchen setup was great. Rooms were clean and host answered all questions.

The property was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the porch and sitting outside as much as we could! Short drive to Rainbow Lake. Show Low lake isn’t too far either. Our pup also loved the stay.

Generally okay and the property manager addressed the broken BBQ after 3 or 4 days of texting back and forth. The neighborhood was my least favorite part. Rainbow Lake is not within walking distance. The only place to walk my dog was the muddy Lakeside Cemetery and I had to cross a busy street to get to it. Bring your own sheets and towels if you stay here.

What a fabulous house! Loved the quality craftsmanship and interesting architecture and layout!

Beautifully updated home: all new matching dishware and cutlery, quality bedding. Tasteful bear and elk decor made us feel we were in an upscale hunting lodge. Spacious kitchen, huge tv, nice veranda and grill.

Nice property, but certainly not the best set up for the 6 people in our party (let alone 9 as it says it can accommodate). Property management has been contacted about issues and owners will be notified. A group of 4 would enjoy a stay here, 6 if you don’t intend to spend much time at the cabin/house.

We enjoyed our stay. We would come again. No complaints.

This property was perfect for our family while visiting Pinetop-Lakeside! Centrally located and close to everything you need but tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, just off Rainbow lake. Also highly recommend renting boats, kayaks, etc nearby at Rainbow lake!Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. The inside was clean, but the outside of the property had remnants of a previous guests Easter egg hunt and dog poop. It wasn't a huge deal, because we didn't spend a lot of time in the yard. The kitchen had most of what we needed. was pretty big with us andgroup was

Our stay in Pinetop Az was great! Property was exceptionally clean and well kept… communication with property host was great as wellWe will definitely return.

This was a nice quiet cabin, which is what we were looking for, but there were a couple of things that would’ve been nice to be aware of. First, the host fees include a large cleaning fee but the check out instructions also have an extensive list of cleaning items we were required to do. Having both the fee and the list seemed excessive. Also, we stayed in December and the heat was not on. We were able to figure out the thermostat and get the house warmed up but it took a little while. Overall, it was I nice place, just a few small things that would’ve been good to know prior to booking.

The house was very clean and had some wonderful features, like the location and wraparound porch, on which we spent lots of time. There were some minor problems that we worked around, including a broken ice-maker (we had to go out and buy ice cube trays), the electronic entry system that broke while we were there (the contact person was helpful and told us where we could find hidden house keys), and no working can opener. Overall, however, these problems did not affect our stay. A larger problem, which may simply be a matter of taste, is that the bed mattresses on all but one bed were much too soft for us and hard to sleep on. Except for this, however, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great place .... Highly recommend staying!!!

This is an excellent house for a family that prefers a quiet setting in the woods. It has indoor and outdoor sitting areas and is not far from the venues in Pine Top. There are areas that I think would be helpful to know more about. We could not find a place to turn on the air condition (perhaps there was none). The rooms did have fans. The TV is set up for screaming. We could not find network TV. The refrigerator apparently has an ice maker, but it does not make ice. The dishwasher is very noisy. The access point for the lake is not within walking distance for most people. Bring you own wine bottle opener and glasses. Despite the forgoing, we found the house to be quite charming and nicely appointed.

This place was so cozy and fun for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the details of the house, the patio in the evening and making smores at night. Next time we come to town, we will be staying here.

Very impressed, house was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable with 8 adults and one small child. No issues at all would highly recommend this place and we will be back when possible.
