Sunrise Cabin - Breathtaking Sunrises & Relaxing Sunsets

Lovely country cabin, and yes, the sunrises ARE spectacular! Lots of peace, quiet and birdsong. But, it is also a nicely furnished and comfortable cabin—the setting is rustic but the cabin itself is very comfortable and has everything you’d want. Enjoyed my stay!

My stay was wonderful. Every morning and evening my boyfriend and I would watch the sunset and the cows from below.

The cabin was perfect. We got to watch the cows in the field while relaxing in the hottub. It was super quiet and the best getaway.

Place was beautiful! Hot tub was so perfect and extremely clean! Literally loved everything about it, all the animals outside to just the beautiful little cabin and great scenery! Will be back in the summer hopefully!

The weekend away was perfect.

Sunrise Cabin is just what my husband and I needed to relax! The location is perfect with a relatively short walk to the Metamec River where we took a dip to cool off from the afternoon heat. The property offers floating which we didn’t take advantage of THIS TIME! But guaranteed we will next time! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make small snacks to full on meals. The view from both porches was spectacular. And the hot tub was a nice bonus to our relaxation! We ABSOLUTELY recommend this property and can’t wait to plan our next getaway!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 3rd year wedding anniversary. Peaceful and a hot tub. All we wanted. Plenty to do around us, but we were more for getting away from everything. So we loved it. We got to bring our little dog! She had a blast!! Definitely would return again!!

A near idyllic setting to momentarily step away from the demands of daily life. We had some folks looking for Power of Hope equestrian center wander right into the cabin early one morning, but that was funny more than anything. There were signs in the kitchen drawers that we weren't the only residents of the cabin, but despite that, it still felt clean, and I wouldn't mind returning.

We loved our stay at the Sunrise Cabin. It was the perfect little escape. We would watch the sun rise on the back deck and sun set on the front deck. The place was very clean, beds were comfy, and the hot tub was everything we needed it to be. We have already suggested to family and friends to come visit.

The view is amazing! We also really appreciated the privacy and remote location without needing a 4x4 to reach it.

The cabin was the perfect size. My dad (veteran that needed some peace) was very happy with the location, bed and deck! It was too hot to fish, but next time!Of this cabin, or another kick n k cabin is available when I am in town, I will be staying!

Our trip was great. The cabin offers a great view with a relaxing hot tub to chill out in. We love the easy access to the water as well. Floating on the Meramac and heading back to our cabin whenever we want to is the best!!!

This is our second time staying here. We intend on more stays in the future!

We had the best stay. The views are stunning. The house is so cute and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. The dog was friendly. It was so fun to see him come around. Very peaceful. Couldn’t wait to get back from our activities to sit out on the back porch and relax!

We had a fabulous time this weekend at the Sunrise Cabin. It was a perfect way to relax and unwind! We will definitely be back!

My spouse and I LOVED being able to get away and de-stress in the hot-tub and wandering around their beautiful property after our wedding!

The property and cabin were amazing Everything is so clean and well maintained. It's apparent the owners put a lot of thought into making the cabin comfortable and cozy for guests. We had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and quiet and it was just what we needed. We heard the peeper frogs in the evening and the foggy sunrise greeted us in the mornings. I spent a lot of time on the back deck admiring the land that is straight out of a story book.

My husband and I try to book 2 weekends a year where we go to a cabin with a hot tub. After trying several cabins in the area over the past 3 years, we decided to repeat our stay at Sunrise cabin! Its beautiful and peaceful. We love the view from the hot tub (and i love watching the horses).

Loved this cute cabin! The privacy of the hot tub was appreciated as well. Great space for one or two couples! Will be back

We used this little place for our 3rd annual best friend get away! It had everything we needed for a few days of unwinding and relaxing!

The weather was bad the day we arrived but we where very happy with the way the cabin sat, privacy and just a really cute setup. The title i gave is because we had two beautiful bald eagle flying around just off of the back deck on our second day. If you know the song salsbury hill maybe you will understand. We really just wanted to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and we did just that. The tv use could use better instructions. Everything else was great. Did not meet the owners, we just needed some down time and we got it. I would rent this again for sure.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The hot tub couldn’t have a better view, especially at night under the stars. Truly, perfect. The cabin is near a home but it was extremely private, making it a perfect getaway location. The walk to the river was amazing! We are already excited to return.

This was a our second stay on the property... we love getting away for the quiet and access to the river for kayaking! We'll be back for sure!

Stunning little getaway. Everything you need for a getaway. I felt it could use some attention in the cleaning area. But the sunrise is spectacular!

I absolutely love the view from the back porch. So peaceful and relaxing. Close to town yet so far away from the hub bub of life.

This was a great little get away. Only 90 minutes from our home but was secluded in nature enough to really relax. For still being in Missouri and close to St Louis the view was fantastic. The cabin covered all your necessities and was close enough to town to run in for food or supplies. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a relaxing weekend out of the city and that's exactly what we got! The views and the quiet were amazing! We had everything we needed in the cutest little cabin. Favorite activity was sitting in the hot tub listening to the night sounds, looking at the stars and watching the mist rise over the hayfield. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
