Stunning 3-bedroom; 7+ beds; log cabin with sauna; near Lutsen Mountains

Absolutely beautiful home. The sunrise, the birds and deer were present all weekend!

Very large home, so many amenities that were offered. Excellent communication and proximity to Lutsen Ski Resort. We couldn’t have wanted for more.

The Lutsen Lookout was an absolutely fabulous place for our family of six to stay during the week between Christmas and New Year’s. The home was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm, and it was especially fun for our young boys to explore every corner. It truly felt like a winter getaway made for families.Todd was incredibly responsive and accommodating—he went above and beyond by helping us check in two hours early during a snowstorm, which made a stressful travel day so much easier. We were extremely grateful for his kindness and flexibility.The property had everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and relaxing from start to finish. We made so many wonderful memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. Thank you for such a great stay—we will absolutely be back!

Great place, large enough for our family & friends to spend quality time together with meals & cards/games. Really beautifully built & decorated. Centrally located near plenty of parks & beaches & hiking trails. We’ll be back!

Love going “up North” for some outdoor fun. This cabin has it all for those who want quiet, nature and the outdoors!

Unbelievable!!!! Great communication. The whole house was very clean, plenty of ideas given to have fun. They really planned for every detail of your stay. Everything you might need was there.

This property is obviously well loved. The little touches all around both inside and out made us feel welcome. My grandson loved his “bear” bedroom and would love to come back and stay in the “moose bedroom “The location is perfect for hiking and is close to Lutsen and Grand Marais.

Wonderful and unique home and property. Easy to get to Lutsen Mountains for our ski trip. Lutsen Lookout is very well appointed. Something to enjoy for all ages. Very close to HWY 61 to access all that the Lake Superior shore has to offer and a quick drive to shops and restaurants in Grand Marais and surrounding towns. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

Great cabin and location for ski resort access

First of all - pics do not do this property justice - it is just lovely! Well thought out appointments, with both easy & thorough instructions for everything. Already missing my sunrise over Lk Superior yoga sessions. Folks skiing - ride to the hill was maybe 5 min. Nice big dining room table for dinners and family games. We are so happy to have found!

We loved Lutsen Lookout! The cabin is so cozy and amazing. So many details and special touches inside and out! The hosts were wonderful as well, very responsive and definitely felt welcome and a part of the Lutsen Lookout experience! We are excited to visit again soon!

Lutsen Lookout provided the perfect accommodations for our family trip. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating and sleeping areas for our family of seven. During the day we admired the beautiful scenery in the surrounding area and in the evening we were treated with dark skies filled with bright stars. On our final evening the northern lights were on display. It really was a perfect stay.

Lutsent Lodge is a gorgeous property nestled into the woods in an excellent location. It was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. The owners are very friendly and had great communication with us. I highly recommend this lovely property. We will be back!

We had a great family vacation! Lutsen lookout is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7. Our family enjoyed the many fun activities and amenities on the property. The location was perfect for access to many trails and beautiful areas to check out.

We were so very impressed with this lovely home and it's gorgeous location. The owners thought of everything. The generous sized rooms, open floor plan with huge windows overlooking the secluded wooded property, and numerous seating areas made for a truly enjoyable stay. Cribbage, cards, family & friends meals at the large dining table, well-appointed kitchen and so much more made this visit to the North Shore one of our favorites. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

This place is truly a gem! Everything is pristine and in great shape, plus there are adorable, whimsical touches all over. The hosts are very thoughtful and provide a welcoming experience from beginning to end. The Lutsen Lookout is very spacious and was the perfect place for our extended family to vacation together.

Lutsen Lookout was a perfect setting for our family. The owners have put a lot of thought in to making the setting very user friendly. They were also very accessible and responded to all our questions. The property is well maintained and had plenty of room for parking. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property for a family stay.

Another great stay! This is your second year staying here for the mountain bike race weekend. Everything was perfect and the group had a wonderful time. We appreciate the efforts to make Lutsen Lookout a special place to visit.

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary this month, in fact on the day we arrived at the cabin. Our two adult children joined us. We wanted to stay someplace really nice, and Lutsen Lookout was the perfect place for us to have this celebration. We don’t have any immediate plans to return to the North Shore, but we would stay here again without even looking for other options. I think it would be particularly beautiful in the fall.
