It would have been nice to know that it is a 3 level rental, having a toddler (that info may be in the fine print). Bring ear plugs if you plan to sleep in the bottom level, or get up before others do. Great location and good price. Close enough to walk downtown anytime.

The house is great for a big family. There is a lot of beds. Close to the town so you can walk to every thing. Places has nice bathrooms as well. Washer and dryer is a nice option too have as you don't need to bring a lot of clothes Great for snowmobiling location as the trails are very close by. I would recommend the place for anyone that has a family. Remember to book your stay early as it does get booked up

The Cabin was very nice with all renters very happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our clothes and fishing equipment. Our only suggestions would be the following: 1. Grab bars in the showers, especially since we are all in our 70's. 2. Hooks throughout the cabin for our jackets, etc. Our only complaint was that the coffee maker was filthy and seemed that it was not washed for many weeks. Despite these little concerns, we hope to book a cabin again in 2026.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bucking Moose cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen to extra blankets for chilly Montana nights. The attention to detail is unmatched. We stayed here as a family, and it was the perfect home base for our Yellowstone adventure. The location couldn't be better—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short and scenic walk into town where we enjoyed great shops, food, and local charm. It was so nice not having to drive everywhere!

We rented two of the Bucking Moose cabins for a family trip to Yellowstone. The Cowboy cabin was great for two of the families with small kids. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable. We used the outdoor grill a couple of nights, and really appreciated having the washer and dryer. The cabin is located conveniently in the middle of town, with a short walk to a grocery store, downtown shops/restaurants and a community park with a nice playground. The management staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
