Stateline Ski House: Walk to Boulder Lift!

Great place

Beds were comfortable! Super location and plenty of space for our large family.

Amenities were good

Very spacious home and perfect for our group. It was not too clean though ( Sticky floors, dirty dishes, spider webs), but overall we had a good time.

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and the location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to Stateline, NV and then into S Lake Tahoe.

Great location, it was so fun to be able to walk to the lodge! I think the house could use some more towels because there’s a hot tub, we found ourselves doing loads of towels several times. The kitchen is also missing basic things like measuring cups/spoons and scissors. The house is clean at a basic level (like bathrooms and sheets) but at a deeper level (like chandeliers and such) it’s quite dusty/cobwebby. Another thing we were bummed about was that the listing says it has cable and it does not. We booked Super Bowl weekend based on that qualification. Lastly, I found the communication to be quite difficult. I messaged for months before getting a response back, and when I did, they didn’t have answers to the questions. When they did finally answer (when my trip was close), they were polite and responsive, but it seems like there are multiple property management companies and they don’t know all of the details of the house and the owner was not responding to them. The house is definitely outdated but I think the photos accurately show that and the price seems fair.

Great place to be for a long skiing weekend. Can't hardly get closer to Boulder Lodge, house well stocked with everything!

Great location, lots of space plenty of parking. It's nice to have two levels so you can play games in the first floor and watch a movie and cook on the second floor.

Every-time me and the family are in town we love staying here! You feel at home. Wish we could have stayed longer, but got to get back to work/school. Definitely recommend this place.

We love the location and the space in the house. It's very close to a number of fun spots. There were 5 of us and 2 pets and it was very spacious for our group. We were extremely disappointed that the jacuzzi was advertised because it was out of order and that was 1 of our 2 must haves when we were looking for a location, they should not advertise it if you can't use it, or send us a message letting us know. I received an email before our check in saying the last digits of my cell were to be used as the code to get into the house. Well it didn't work. My brother was the first to arrive after about 10hrs of driving and couldn't get in for 30mins because we had to contact the manager, wait for him to give us the code and when he did, it wasn't anything close to my cell number.

Even though the house was a bit old and had some damages we had a great time in the home. Kids were having fun with the pool table and was a bit sad the hot tub was out of order. We were not in the home most of the day but when we were tired from enjoying the outdoors we always looked forward to return to a comfortable bed to rest in. The house was so spacious for 10 of us. It was beautiful inside and outside. We loved that whatever we need for cooking or eating it was ready in the kitchen such as pots and pans, forks spoons knife and plates and bowls. The only thing that was hard for some of us was that there was no AC working but we left the windows open and received nice cool air and didn't have to use a blanket. There was a lot of towels there for us to use but didn't use much cause we had our own towels.The house was nice and clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We cleaned up and made sure it was taken care of just as if it was our home. Awesome house in a great location!

The place is very good, just couple of things that needs attention. Hot tub was out of service and it doesn't mentioned when you book. There was not cleaning utensils. The place was kind of dusty at the time of checking in. Trash can doesn't have very much space if you stay more than 3 days.

Nice place, bit aged. Disappointing the hot tub wasn't working.

The house was clean. The code did not work upon arrival but the contract person was very helpful and quick to respond. On the second night the toilet in the downstairs bedroom broke. There was also a septic smell when leaving the windows open . The contact person was very helpful and got someone there to fix it the next day. The kitchen had minimal areas to store food as the pantry was locked shut. The few cabinets had food or other items in them. Overall the home was great!
