Stayed Jul 9, 2025Great location, you are slightly out of town enough to feel like you are out in the forest but close enough that it is easy to meet up with folks. The overall setup of the place was great and it was nice and cool even though we were getting towards mid 90s during the day. There was only two of us, but definitely think you could comfortably fit another couple. We would stay there again!

Stayed Jun 5, 2022This is the perfect place to spend a quiet, peaceful getaway. The cabin is beautiful, so we’ll equipped and close to lakes and city center. A lot of wild life surrounding the area for those who enjoy nature. Will come back.

Stayed Jun 9, 2026We loved this cabin, the location, privacy, and views. The cabin is extremely well equipped, with more equipment kitchen-wise than we've ever seen in a rental. The kitchen is modern and upgraded, as are the baths. It was just the two of us and we did not use the upstairs at all with the exception at my guy used the bathroom sink as it is a little more spacious than the first floor bath sink! We should have followed the owner's directions because GPS took us in a really strange (long) route to get there. We realized after we arrived that his directions were perfect. About 12 minutes to downtown Prescott! The deck is spacious and partly covered, so if you want sun or shade you have your choice. There were some very small items that perhaps needed attention, but they did not detract from what was overall a really great experience. We would definitely book this cabin again next time we head to Prescott.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025So lovely. Very well maintained, all seemed like new. Plenty of extra bedding for cold nights and the pellet stove was very effective! Handy having a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor with the kitchen and living space.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The only thing is the driveway is extremely narrow, and it would be nice to know before hauling a flatbed trailer with a side-by-side on it. I probably spent a total of two and a half to three hours of my trip backing it in so I can pull out later. And at one point I just left the trailer there cuz I didn't want to have to back it again. And there's very little room for error it's very very very narrow.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025This is a cute cabin in a pleasant location. Nestled in the mountains, far enough from the city activities but close enough for groceries, restaurants, nightlife.Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful deck space. It needs to be mentioned that there is a colony of bats roosting just above the outdoor deck, and during our rental (August 15 - 18, 2025), there was a significant amount of bat droppings on the deck below their roost. The owner has been made aware of this. My overall rating is lower because of this issue only.

Stayed May 22, 2025The cabin was very nice and well appointed. They thouggt of everything. Being backed up against the forest was lovely.I didn't realize it was in a residential area and others would be so close though... and the parking and ingress/egress was challenging, especially at night and the 2 days we had two cars.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Though we live in Prescott we wanted to get away from the noise and activity that pervades our neighborhood. This house fit the bill perfectly. Relatively remote without being too far from town, very quiet neighborhood, forest access to one side, and simple but sufficient amenities within. Seeing all the wildlife around was a big bonus.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy cabin in the pines and mountains of Prescott National Forest. We had relaxing, slow mornings drinking coffee out on the patio watching for wildlife and listening to the birds. We cozied up on the couch and had great family time. The property was very clean, welcoming, and fully stocked with everything we needed! It was also very close to Prescott - a quick 10 or 15 minute drive! We would definitely book to stay here again. Highly recommend!
