We had a great time there with family. Would recommend and go back. The view was exceptional and relaxing.

Our family met for our 5th annual reunion. 41 of us stayed for 4 nights with plenty of room for everyone. The covered deck doubled the living area. Could visit and hang around outside even in the rain. Lots of kitchen space too!! We’ll be back for sure

There was 44 of us with 19 being under 14. This was a perfect house for kids! They had so much to do and wore themselves out everyday!!

Beautiful home with an incredible view. The amenities were wonderful. We held a board meeting at this location, with nine board members and it was perfect. We had the space for our meeting, enjoyed the space together, and loved cooking in the massive kitchen. We will be considering this location in the future for another board meeting.The communication with the owner was great. He inquired about the check-in and our stay. He is very responsive and wants your stay to be the best it can be.

Our group of seven families has stayed at this home for three consecutive spring breaks, and it has truly become a special place for us. From the moment we arrive, we’re reminded why we keep coming back year after year.The house is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax, while still offering great shared spaces for meals, games, and time together. It’s rare to find a home that comfortably fits a group our size, but this one does it effortlessly.One of our favorite parts is how much there is to do right in the house. Whether it’s kids playing, adults gathering, or everyone just enjoying time together, there’s never a dull moment. It made our trips easy and stress-free because we didn’t have to go far to have fun.And the view from the deck is absolutely unforgettable. We spent countless mornings and evenings out there, taking it all in and making memories that we’ll always treasure.This home has been the backdrop for so many laughs, traditions, and meaningful moments for our families. We’re so grateful for the experiences we’ve had here, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We had a great stay, so much to do in the area. A few hiccups with broken appliances but host sent over a tech that night to repair them. House kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were so fun for the kids. The heater on the lazy river was not working, so it was a little cold to dip into in March. But over, all an amazing stay. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Lots of space and great amenities.

The house was extremely clean. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Tons of activities for the teenagers to do at the house.

Another great trip to the “big house”! Can’t say enough great things about the house and also the responsiveness from the host, Adam. Can’t wait for our next trip!

We have been coming to the area for the last 5 years as our family trip. My Christmas to my kids and grandkids, one of the only places you can find homes with this many things to do without leaving, just family time together. It was our first time staying in this home. I rented it for the pool and lazy river and the 2 hot tubs. Everything was excellent except 1 hot tub was not heating we notified Adam when we checked in and he had someone out the next morning. He was prompt and always responded to texts or emails we were disappointed it wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay but they did everything and made multiple trips to try and repair it for us. Great customer service and in the end we enjoyed our stay just as much without it. Definitely will stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay with our youth group during cold weather. The lazy river and pool were amazing. There was plenty of rooms for everyone and the view is amazing. Our host was very prompt in responding and keeping us informed.

The cabin was clean and cozy. We had 22 in our party. We had plenty of room! The rooms were clean and very nice. Each room had their own bathrooms. There were even half baths on each floor which was nice so you didn’t have to run back to your room if you were on a different floor. The cabin had a pack and play along with a high chair which worked perfect as we had a 7month old with us. The teens and adults had fun in the lazy river and pool. We had 2 hot tubs but only 1 worked. We played games in the upstairs game area and in the basement game room. There were some issues with some things in the cabin, but I’m sure some of the issues have not been reported to management. I will be sending an email to let them know. With all of that being said, our family really loved this cabin. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Spent a family Christmas in this house with 27 people.Fantastic floor plan and the lazy river was a huge hit with all the kids!The host was quick to reapond.The shower with the seat was perfect for one of our family members.Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is awesome and the view is beautiful! The host's communication is better than we've ever experience. It's worth every penny.

I’d like to start by saying we are grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful home that fit all of my families needs. The check in process was very easy and Adam responded lighting fast to all of my messages. The homes layout was very convenient in the fact that every group that needed a room essentially had their own corner of the house. The noise didn’t travel much which was great for those with smaller kids/babies. All the kids in our group really enjoyed the arcade/billiard rooms, the movie theatre and especially the pool! The kitchen was very nice and spacious, even with 4-5 adults working to make dinner every night, it did not feel tight. I was also happy with the amount of dishes and appliances this property had to offer.We are very much ready to come back and stay at this property in the next year or two and make many more memories!

House was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect house for a large group. We stayed for a family reunion and every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space for everyone and activities for all ages.

Amazing house! Everyone loved it, from the game rooms to the pool and bedrooms. Communication with host was quick and easy. There were a few things that needed maintenance like one of the hot tub jets didn't work. The house has an incredible amount of space to comfortably sleep/fit 45 people. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay and the property

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The host responded quickly to any issues. There are a few things that need to be fixed and refreshed, but other than that, it was perfect. The view is spectacular.

Beautiful house afforded everyone a very comfortable stay. So great to have our group of 20 together on the patio watching sunset. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again.

check in was good we needed code for the pool in door and outdoor kitchen had two of everything we had 27 guest and everyone regardless of age had something to do highly recommend for a great family vacation

The photos of the property do not do it justice. The views are spectacular. The property is a dram come true. Everyone in our group age 3 to 71said this was the best vacation ever because of all the wonderful things to do on this property. This is a 10 out of 5 stars!

We had a great time and the house was fully furnished with everything we would need. The view was incredible from the deck. We were right across the street from the public pool and lazy river which was great. The children enjoyed the inside pool and lazy river. One of the sheets on a bed was not clean when we arrived. A window was left open without a screen so lots of flies when we first arrived. Another issue was lots of ants. We notified the owner and they had their pest control people come out and spray so they were attentive to our needs. Whenever I notified the owner we got a response within a couple hours. The cleaning crew may not have notified the owner or property manager about the pest issue. Overall, besides these issues, it is a great house to stay in.

The house was huge with plenty of space and things to do for the kids. The view from the huge deck was incredible. And the 12 rooms gave every family the space they needed.

This place is good for large gatherings. Everyone has plenty of space and things to do. You can't beat the view.

The house was beautiful, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Just some minor house things that were an issue, not enough remotes for the tvs, one tv would not connect to the network, and st the end of our stay there was a unknown leak from a bathroom. Other than that, owner was quick to respond and take care of anything that we needed from beginning to end!!

The place was beautiful!!! Booking was super easy, which was great for someone who had never done it before. Great communication.

Overall, it was a wonderful trip. We did have issues with cleanliness on the first day, but Janelle the property manager was all over it right away. I would recommend this house for a large group anytime.

This property had something for everyone. We had 46 people with ages ranging from 0 - 80 and everyone had a great time. Make sure to pack extra towels, soap, and toilet paper. Other than that, the property was perfect, the view spectacular, and the owner was very responsive when issues arose.

This place was amazing. The house was beautiful. Our kids played in the pool every single day. The adults got to enjoy the hot tub in the night or the back porch with the fire pit in the middle of us. We will be coming back. Loved it

Really beautiful home, my wife and I stayed with our 1 year old, and we loved it. Very peaceful. Beds were exceptionally nice. Property was nice. Extra touches like the games were a good addition. Pool was great. Host was responsive and made sure we were having a great time.

The house was the perfect size to enjoy a weekend with family, yet everyone had their own space to spread out. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the back deck. We ran into some maintenace issues with the pool but mamagement was quivk to offer solutions.

Beautiful spot!

Our group of 24, ages 1 to 78, all had a blast. Having 2 of everything in the kitchen worked out great. It was bitter cold outside but we had plenty of things in the house to keep all age groups occupied. We loved everything about this place!

Magnificent!

Our family had the most amazing experience during our 5 night stay!! There were 25 of us ranging from 66 to 3 years old. There was tons of room to spread out and play - swimming, games, movies, fireside chats & tons of cooking & baking. Hands down the best venue we’ve ever stayed at!! Adam was super responsive every step of the way - we can’t thank you enough!!

This house delivered! We had littles to adults staying here for a week, 24 total. We all had plenty of room to spread out and find something to entertain any age. The lazy river was the biggest hit as well as the hot tubs. We will be returning in the future!! Also the host, Adam. He was so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions you have. Highly recommend this house all the way around!

Place was super clean and had something for everyone. Our kids were never bored and the adults were entertained as well.

This property was everything promised and more. We stay in short-terms regularly, but this was the best-appointed facility we’ve experienced. In addition to all of the amenities listed, all the appliances and most of the supplies were doubled. In addition, every bath and bed was very well stocked and the activities in the house were plentiful. We had a wonderful time with the family thanks to this lodge. And the communication from Adam was quick, accurate and helpful. Thank you!!

This property is exactly as described. We had 28 family members staying here, all ages. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, crockpots, griddles, multiple coffee pots, utensils, etc. We enjoyed the pool area, game room, and loft area. Family room is very spacious. The bedrooms upstairs were the quietest but all the rooms were very nice. The house overall was wonderful, even the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We go on a yearly trip to branson with my church's womens group. This house is our new favorite place to stay. Hope to snag a booking for next year!

We had a great time. The accommodations were amazing. We did have problems with one fridge not working, but the manager came up with a solution. Would rent again.

We checked in on Sunday with 25 guests. We thought the house was beautiful and assigned our guests to their rooms. Every room was occupied. Loved the game tables and pools and spas. Minor issues we came across were the coffee makers didn’t work. The Kurig was the only machine that worked but no K cups provided. With only 25 people in the home we ran out of trash bags and some rooms ran out of toilet paper before the last day. If your party has more than 25 people prepare to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. All in all our party had a great time. The sunset were beautiful off the large deck. Check in was at 4 and the cleaners were cleaning right up until 4. The owners did let us extend check out by a couple hours which was very nice.

We had booked the house for 12 people but not everybody made it, we end up having six people total with Pan room, and the house was spectacular. I own a couple of VRBO properties and things went as smooth as expected, and everything was as we thought it would be, the house is gorgeous,llocation is.
