Spacious Mountain Home with Hot Tub on 10 Acres, Nearby Skiing

Fabulous property for large group! Loved the many rooms/beds available for us all. Also appreciated the extra touches that made our stay nicer such as kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, outdoor seating, etc. The large table that could seat us all was impressive and enjoyed. Host was friendly and helpful. Clear instructions and suggestions were available on property as well.

We had a great family get-together at this property in Fairplay. It’s in a great location - close to town and outdoor opportunities, yet it feels tucked-away and private. There is a lot of space both inside and outside, and it just worked out very nicely for our group. It did take a couple of days for some of the family to adjust to the 10k foot altitude though, so consider that if considering a stay anywhere in the Fairplay area. We would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at Oso Grande for a large birthday celebration and this VRBO exceeded all expectations. The price point was amazing for the space this house offers. We comfortably slept 18 people and two dogs. There isnt a neighbor in site and we didnt have to worry about being too loud while grilling or sitting in the hot tub (which was incredible!). Beds were comfy, rooms are spacious, plenty of parking. The robes for the hot tube we a nice added touch and huge hit! The kitchen is great for cooking large meals, but missing a few essentials; cooking spray/oil. Luckily town was only 5 minutes away :) If you're looking for a big house for a group gathering, this is your spot. Thank you Jay and Tessie for a great weekend in Fairplay!

The house and yard are spacious! It was comfortable for our large family reunion. Easy short drive or walk to town

We enjoyed staying at Casa Oso Grande very much. Very clean and welcoming. We had plenty of room for all of us. The beautiful dining room table allowed all of us to eat together and play our games. The location gave us opportunities for hiking and fishing also. We definitely recommend this welcoming home to others. Thank you!

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this beautiful house! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was incredibly spacious and perfect for accommodating our large family. The cleanliness of the house was exceptional, even better than what the pictures had shown. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The amenities provided made our stay comfortable and convenient. The host was prompt in responding through your the planning and during our stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation rental.
