Pros 1. Good location. Only 40 mins away from the west Yellowstone entrance. Far enough from the nearest house but not isolated. 2. Cabin is beautifully decorated. The pictures are accurate. You get what you see. 3. Tons of kitchen tools. You have everything for cooking (pots, pans, spices, knives, cups, plates, toaster). We cooked all the days of our stay. 4. The cabin had lots of fun stuff like a dart board, foosball, and board games. It was lovely to play and have some fun. Cons 1. Temperature in the house was super hot. The temperature control dials were not working. My wife and I stayed on the top floor, and the room was so hot. There were some fans, but it wasn't enough. Most of us could not sleep at night and had terrible sleep. 2. The tub in the master bathroom was out of service. The fan in the master bedroom was not working either. As a result, it was so hot in the master bedroom. When you pay so much, I expect things will be in working condition. This was a bummer. 3. Unusally, a lot of rules for checkout. They requested us to wash and dry all the bedsheets/towels/linen before we checkout. I have been to many vacation rentals/vrbo, but no one mentioned washing & drying linens. We pay a fee for the cleaning service. I do not understand why we should wash & dry. This was too much of a request. I understand if you want the customers to put their linen/towels in a cloth basket but not wash & dry. We had to plan this in our tight schedule now. This wasn't very pleasant. 4. I was down with a fever on the day of checkout. And I requested to extend our checkout time by 2 hours if possible. But, the host was not willing to accommodate our request. She said guests were coming that day, and the cleaning service would arrive by 10 am sharp. So, we put all our stuff outside the cabin to pack. No one came until 10:45 am for cleaning. I wish the host had accommodated our request for an hour at least. I do not know what the cleaning service would clean when we cleaned everything for them. 5. Beware of mosquitos in the cabin. I understand it's a national forest but giving a heads up on mosquitos on the first floor. Maybe the host can put an electric mosquito-killing device? 6. If someone is claustrophobic, do not take the second-floor bedroom. It has no windows and feels very closed. The bathroom is also tiny. I would not stay in this room. Verdict: A great cabin if they can fix the above things.

We loved everything about this property. We wanted a short getaway from work and wanted a place we could truly relax and enjoy. We did just that. It was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. The foosball and darts added some fun activity. We will definitely return!!
