Sonoma's Best Cottage 1

Loved our stay, great location and walkable to Sonoma plaza. Great courtyard area with local cafe/sine store. Highly recommend.

Greatly enjoyed staying at Cottage 1-very clean, comfortable beds, great location with the dangerously convenient Market across the parking lot. Trotted over every morning for delicious baked goods, coffee, wine/beer and grabbed to go lunch items. Also, enjoyed the lovely common outdoor area. Easy 1 mile walk to the plaza and ubers always just 5 minutes away. Only recommendations would be to have a welcome packet with info on the property( did not know where the garbage cans were) and maybe a few more cleaning items such as kitchen towels/rags. Thanks for a comfortable fun filled stay!

This cottage was the perfect place for a friend and me to get away for a few days to relax and enjoy the Sonoma area. It is centrally located so it's a quick trip to the beautiful town square where there are many restaurants and shops. It's also a short drive to many other towns and wineries all around the area. The house is adequately equipped with basic furnishings and utensils, we went out every night so we didn't use many kitchen items. The bathroom can be a bit chilly during this time of year, but the host provides a small heater that gets everything warmed up quickly. Check-in and parking were very easy and convenient and the beautiful courtyard was the perfect place for a glass of wine before heading off to the dinner. The management was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I had a question about the TV one evening. Everything is keyless entry so it was no problem when we arrived late due to travel issues. I think one of my favorite aspects of this cottage is the cute store that sits on the property. It carries all sorts of homemade soups, sandwiches, and salads. It has a wine store attached with tastings available and a cute coffee shop and boutique all in one. It was so convenient for us to grab a sandwich and chips to have for a picnic lunch while we were ziplining and driving around the Russian River area one day. If I am ever back in this area, I would definitely stay in this cottage again for its central location and cozy vibe.
