We enjoyed the cabin except we were a little dismayed there was no address number, made it a bit hard to know the rt cabin. Also, since it was somewhat cold and rainy we could not really enjoy watching tv because it is not set up to enjoy programming we wanted and very difficult to understand even how to work the tv!
Nice little cabin close to ATV trails.
Cozy cabin in a quiet area to enjoy some R&R. A few details missing but overall everything worked out well. Owner/Property Manager communication and follow through was fantastic. Was a great location to stay for our baby moon where we just wanted to stay in and relax, cook some quiet meals and enjoy a nice bonfire. Backyard can’t be beat!
This property is very nice. Also, very new. The kitchen could be stocked a little bit better. However, for where it's located and what you're using it for, i.e., going hiking and things like that it's perfect.
very lovely. the only small issues were... no toilet paper holder or toilet paper, nowhere to hang towels or put clothes. would have liked an extra blanket
We stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday nights. If you are not looking to cook the only place to eat breakfast is the Kelly Hotel bar and restaurant. The only lunch and dinner restaurant in Marienville is Bettina’s Italian restaurant and a couple local bars. The Allegheny Forest is within a 15 minute drive. As far as the rental is concerned there are some minor things to consider. You need to let the hot water run for about 10 minutes before it gets through the pipes. The couch is not comfortable and would only be good for children to sleep on since they are not long enough for an adult. There is no toilet paper holder or towel racks in the bathroom. There are no closets so you need to keep your clothes in your suitcase. There are 4 cabins on the property and we stayed in one closest to the main road. The bathroom faces the road so a curtain on the window would have been nice. A curtain on the front door is needed too for privacy.
We enjoyed ourselves and the stay.
We had such a nice time and we enjoyed this place so much!! One minor wi-fi issue was all we suffered and that was not a big deal whatsoever. This place is cozy, quiet, warm, and I would 100% go back again.
My husband and I went to have a little getaway for our anniversary. When we first arrived we were in complete awe!! There were plants in every room making it a warm welcoming and just the feel of home. The cabin was so nice and clean. The property manager is very nice and never left a question unanswered. We will definitely be stay at this property again in the future.
We went for a 2 night stay between Christmas and New Years and enjoyed our stay. It was warmer than expected, which made things a little muddy outside for the dogs, but that was nobody's fault. We also should have prepared better with napkins and paper towels, as those were not available. It was a beatifully decorated cabin that we would be happy to stay at again!
