If you want five star accommodations and next level customer care, this is the place! What an absolutely gorgeous home - perfect for families, couples or friend groups. Todd was so incredibly accommodating and helpful. He and his wife really want their guests to have a top notch experience and to have all the comforts. Location is fantastic. It’s a quiet space and an easy walk to the nearby winery. Also perfect for families wanting to enjoy Lutsen ski area in the winter. I highly recommend this place. You will feel spoiled. It’s worth every dollar. Thank you Todd and Rebecca!!!

We stayed at this property with six friends to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. The home is absolutely stunning - from the spacious primary suite to the beautiful lanai and professional-grade kitchen. The location couldn't be more perfect for our activities: golfing, hiking, and exploring local breweries. The property itself provided the ideal home base for relaxing, cooking meals together, and enjoying each other's company. This truly felt like paradise nestled in the trees.

This was our 2nd, 3-day stay at this great vacation house on the North Shore of Lake Superior. The house is unique and wonderful, and we made many great memories here over the 2 years we have been visiting.

Beautiful, new construction home that was clean and well appointed. Perfect for 4 adults and a child. Our son loved the loft and called it the tree house. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This is our second time staying at this property, and again had a wonderful time. Location is perfect for skiing and the property is new and well-maintained. Todd quickly addressed two minor issues with the bed and oven for us. Highly recommend for families looking for a North Shore getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was genuinely kind and caring. He prepared us well so that we had a smooth arrival and stay, offering his help in anyway. We did not encounter any issues or displeasures. His communication and response was the best we've experienced with any VRBO or resort.

The remote North Superior Shore is a perfect place to reboot the soul; and the meet the earth Frank Lloyd Wright multilevel unique architecture and interior decor of Todd's place was a synchronized match to achieve perfect zen! Quiet neighborhood, tons of southern glass overlooking the lake. We will definitely return!

Overall we were happy with our stay in July 2024! We were a group of 6 adults, taking a few days to get away and spend time together. Todd was very informative and responsive. This home is beautiful! Loved the location, how quiet it was, the well equipped kitchen, and the space throughout the house. The only negatives during our stay, which we did communicate with Todd, were: *No window coverings in the bedroom, which made for early rising as the sun came up. *Not able to run a furnace fan for air movement throughout the house (there is no air conditioning in the home, which we understand isn’t always needed in Lutsen, but “stale” warm air isn’t comfortable for hanging out and sleeping in). As is the norm in lots of homes, leaving the windows open all night wasn’t ideal as mosquitos/gnats still found their way in. *The available grill for cooking consisted of 2 small personal size charcoal grills, which made cooking for 6 a little challenging. *Washer/Dryer not available in the house. 2 in our party traveled from 1300+miles away and were hoping to have laundry there for easy packing. Those few things aside, our group really did enjoy our time together in your home!!! Thank you, Todd!

We stayed here for a 4 day trip to the north shore. The house is fantastic - great layout, filled with natural light with views of the lake and the forest and an amazing and well stocked kitchen. We cooked in a few times and this was by far the nicest kitchen I’ve seen. The location is great too - across the street from the winery, quick drive or bike ride up to the gondola/alpine slide and an easy drive to Grand Marais and state parks. Todd was an excellent host - he communicated well and was committed to ensuring we had a great experience. I will be staying here again.

My two cousins stayed here for a relaxing girls' weekend and we really enjoyed it. The location was lovely with a view to Lake Superior, and the home was beautifully designed, spacious, clean and very comfy. The host, Todd, was conscientious, responsive and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property — but would note that it doesn't have AC. The listing is accurate, but I missed that detail. Luckily, it didn't matter for us, even though it was mid-July. The weather was cool and we opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air and North Shore breeze. We even used the fireplace in the evenings!

We recently stayed at Todd's remarkable home on the North Shore, and I can confidently say it was a grand experience. It was clear that Todd takes immense pride in his property and is dedicated to providing his guests with a first-class experience. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed with the spacious Great Room, which offers wonderful views of the forest and Lake Superior through its expansive windows. The screened porch, with similar views, quickly became a favorite spot for our family to relax and enjoy each other's company. As a family who loves to cook, we found the kitchen exceptionally well-equipped. From utensils to spices, Todd has thought of everything making it a Chef's delight. The location of the home is secluded and serene, yet conveniently close to attractions such as the Lutsen ski area, Cascade River State Park, and the Superior National Golf Course. The General Store in Lutsen proved to be a convenient resource for forgotten items. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this home on the North Shore is truly one-of-a-kind.
