Lake view was awesome!
Great location and amenities
Only thing that could’ve made our stay better is if I was told ahead of time about the reservation protocol for amenities and golf cart rentals. It is done online and had I known that, I would have reserved our spots earlier in the week. We checked in at 5pm Friday and everything for the weekend was already booked up which really defeats the purpose of us coming to the resort but we made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay.
It was very different this time due to Covid 19 restrictions. But we still loved sitting out On our porch and taking in views of the lake. We spent a day at Lake Anna State Park and Another day up on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
After getting an welcome email in the morning, we arrived to find no reservation. VRBO promised comparable reservation. Instead of my 2 bedroom, full kitchen cabin, I got a tiny one bed hotel room without even a chair. I checked out after one night. no food within 15 minute drive. They credited money backto someone, but not me.- how do I get my money back!! Need a FULL REFUND
The staff are all professional and friendly Some information about making a reservation was wrong and we missed out on swimming, but we made the best of the afternoon. We will return and hoping the weather isn't sooooo Hot.
My family really enjoyed our stay, the resort location is beautiful, and there's plenty to do in the area including Shenandoah hiking and winery visits/tours.
Made a very nice time at Shenandoah Crossing for our summer vacation. We have a one-year-old and they were lots of things to do to entertain him. We really enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs, seeing the farm animals, playing by the lake and on the playgrounds. Our cabin was beautiful and very nicely updated.
