Middleton Heights

Escape to the mountains and settle into the simple pleasures of Middleton Heights, a secluded cabin surrounded by the natural beauty of the High Country. The real star of this retreat is the big mountain view—best enjoyed from the expansive deck, where there's plenty of room to relax, dine outdoors, or take in the scenery.

Inside, Middleton Heights offers a comfortable, classic mountain-cabin atmosphere with a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and charm on cool evenings. The setting is wonderfully peaceful and rural, yet conveniently located about 10 miles from both Boone and Banner Elk, making it easy to explore the area's restaurants, shops, hiking trails, scenic drives, and other attractions before returning to your quiet mountain escape.

For a little adventure, a secret waterfall and swimming hole are just a short drive away. Directions are provided at the cabin so guests can discover this special local spot for themselves.

This special spot is accessed on rural mountainous gravel roads that make it more likely that 4 wheel drive and chains will be required in Winter.

Two dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee.

Come for the view, stay for the peace and quiet, and enjoy a true escape into the mountains at Middleton Heights.
