Great place to stay

The cabin was very nice. The property is secluded with lots of room to roam. The Leota ORV riding trails are very close and easily accessible.

Overall great place to get away. Very private and off the beaten path. Unfortunately with the water level high fishing was difficult but am going to try it again when the water levels reside. Cabin is clean and had everything you need. Highly recommend. Thanks again. Looking forward to staying again soon.

This was our 2nd trip to the cabin. Matt and Becky has had excellent communication each time. The cabin is clean, well stocked and sits on 40 private acres. Right out of the driveway you have access to the Leota trail system were we rode the SXS all day. The nights were spent playing games, grilling out and sitting by the bonfire. Can't wait for the next trip as they keep getting better.

It was my second stay at this property and will definitely look to schedule another visit.

We enjoyed this comfortable and quiet home. Temps dipped below zero but the home was warm. The property was perfect for snowshoeing from right out the door.

Host was very welcoming. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Secluded area which allowed for excellent star gazing. Easy river access. Definitely would return.

The cabin was immaculate and very secluded and cozy. The amenities were as described and a nice unexpected welcome package was awaiting me!The 40 acres had enough trails to enjoy and you can wade across the river in most places as it’s generally 3-5ft deep in this area.There are zero disappointments with this wonderful property.I was completely off grid for 11 days and can’t wait to return next year.

Becky sent us a map and coordinates to locate the cabin and this was on point. Check-in was explained and very simple. Check-out was explained and very simple. We didn't spend very much time at the property as we had friends that were just a couple miles away through the expansive trail system. I would 100% stay here again!!

What a fabulous property in the heart of ORV country. Rally Point is the perfect name. The Cabin was clean, comfy, well-equipped with plenty of room. We spent most of our stay outdoors on the deck, up the hill at swing and observation deck and down at the river by the fishing shack. Becky was really friendly and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat - but next time with a canoe and/or kayak.

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! Everything was perfect. From the welcome package to the final communication of farewell we felt valued and cared for. These hosts are terrific! The cabin is clean and comfortable. We love eating out on the deck and grilling. The location itself is amazing; it is so isolated that you rarely see a soul. One of our days was rather noisy because the trails were being heavily used but other than that we saw nobody. The off the grid experience feels detoxing somehow. Both of us noticed this during both of our visits. We felt better immediately.We are very grateful that this is available for rental and we hope to visit again soon!

Cabin is away from people I love the quiet and it's just peaceful the river is great to wade and rock hunt

From the initial booking to checking out the communication with the Hosts was great. My wife and I came up to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays and spent the days riding the trails in our SxS and nights around the bonfire. The cabin was stocked with plenty of games to play like Uno, Connect Four, Sorry and others. Cabin was clean and stocked with all the essentials you would need. The cabin is off grid but you would never know it with how well it operates. The Muskegon river runs through the property and you can hear the water and all the wildlife that goes to it. We can’t wait to go back!

This cabin is a hidden gem, set on a beautiful 40-acre property right along the river. Between the scenic trails on-site, the inviting fire pit, and the cozy, welcoming feel of the cabin, this is truly a must-stay destination. For ATV enthusiasts, the convenience of riding directly from the property onto the trails is a huge plus. Overall, an amazing experience!

Such nice Hosts with excellent communication! The property was even nicer than the photos show. Very clean, well appointed. A very welcome 'welcome pack'. We had a terrific time and do hope to return.

Heaven on Earth! What a beautiful, rustic, refreshing long weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of peace and the hosts personal and gracious touches. My husband fished, my kids and dogs played in the river, I enjoyed quiet hikes. Absolutely my dream life. Thank you! We'll be back :)

This is our second time staying at this cabin. We enjoyed being outside and swinging on the swing. We had S'mores at the fire pit. There were 10 of us and a dog! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Also, we loved the large picnic table for suppers! We rode the nearby trails.

Clean easy check in. Relaxing great fishing just beautiful get away. Owners answered when msged and left a welcome package. Definitely will be back

My family was looking for a place to getaway for a vacation with space to run around and explore and relax. The property, trails, and river were perfect. The house was clean with everything we needed. The fire pit, look out tower, and picnic table swing were a hit with the kids.

We loved it. Our dog absolutely loved the space.

This was the 3rd time staying. My wife and i absolutely love it. We brought my parents this time, they are in their 80's. Our children and Grandson also came up for a few days. Spent our time relaxing on the deck, grandson (2 1/2 years old) love's the swing. Nice walks thru the woods, riding quads on the trails, fishing on the river and at Wilson State park. Hosts are great people and very responsive to anything you need. We are already looking at when we will come back again.

This property is beautiful. Matt and Becky were so easy to work with and their communication is great. They were always quick to answer any questions we had. The cabin feels like home. We brought our 2 small dogs and they had so much fun exploring the many trails and just hanging out around the huge deck. This could not have been more perfect. This is our first time taking a relaxing vacation and just hanging out, nothing planned, no excursions or time line. We will go back again.

This place was the perfect spot to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday with our group of friends. The host was so generous that she surprised us with a cake and decorations for my friend’s Birthday! The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature. It was secluded enough to be peaceful but not so remote that it was too far of a drive to go to the store for any forgotten essentials. The cabin was clean and stocked with more supplies than expected. There was a lot to do with 40 acres of woods just off of the river and trails along with the overlook and fire pit. Looking forward to coming back next time!

We stayed for a long weekend. Me, my wife, and our three kids(2,4,9). It was nothing short of perfect. The hosts hospitality was great! The property had everything to do that we wanted. We enjoyed some hiking, fishing, trail riding, grilling, turkey watching, and just plain relaxing. Thank you! We will be back probably this year even

Love this property and hosts.Completely off grid in the middle of the woods. Snowmobile trails were great. We had a small power issue that cut the trip short. 2ft of snow blocked the solar panels and then the backup system had issues. Hosts did everything they could to help, but mother nature kinda took her course. We will be back again, and again. Absolutely love this cabin.

Was a perfect getaway and place to stay during our time up there for our annual SXS new years ride. Will definitely be looking to rent this cabin again in the summer!!

We loved spending Thanksgiving with our kids at the cabin. There was plenty of activities to do exploring the outdoors. We also had a great time shopping at all the little local stores. We appreciated the Thanksgiving place settings that were there when we arrived.

Second year we stayed here. Great place and property. Planning on next year also. Never any problems
