Great house with lots of privacy

Private seclusion yet close to town. Home was spacious and view was awesome of the White River. Great outdoor space!

We were excited about our trip but disappointed that we were unable to is the hot tub due to not being cleaned before our arrival.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was beautiful! We didn't have to contact our host, because everything was perfect.

This is a great cabin with a great location and an even better view. If you're looking for peace and quiet for a family getaway, this is the place for you. Plenty of grounds for exploring and for the kids to run around.The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare great meals (except maybe a pizza pan). Even has an outdoor grill for cooking.Plenty of comfortable seating in the outdoor areas.The bathrooms are spacious and modern (bring your own bath soap and shampoo).Furniture is ample and appropriate for the different living spaces. Smart TVs in most rooms. Beds are very comfortable.Although pets are allowed, there was no evidence of an animal being in the house. One in our party is very allergic to cats and had no issues.Great lighting inside and out.Host is very responsive. I recommend this place and would definitely go back if ever in the area.

Magnificent views! The cabin was very comfortable. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for a large family gathering. We intend on coming back and bringing more family with us. Host was great communicating with us. Calico Rock has amazing restaurants and cute shops.

Everything was perfect and secluded. I went fishing in the area, and visited the shops at Calico Rock. Beautiful view of the river.

The house was great. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. It was very comfortable and met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Steve was a great host and a great communicator.

Super relaxing. Exactly what we needed. No issues at all. 7 nights of no responsibilities or worries.

Propert was exactly as listed, beautiful views and very clean and eveything in the kitchen you could imagine you ever needed, only issue was tv in master bedroom did not work, sound system in living room also didnt work, but called manager and he explained they had a lighting strike and had not checked all systems again once it was fixed. Would most definately stay again next visit

Great place! Love the slot machine. The view from the back deck is to die for and the fire pit and hot tub are extremely relaxing.

Home base for cycling the Ozarks.

This property is great for families and blended families. The space is large and the downstairs area with 2 bedrooms and bath is advantageous to let kids be kids and adults be adults. The kitchen is small but large enough to do what needs to be done and we cooked every night for 4 adults and 3 children.

The property was exactly as advertised. It's secluded and quiet with beautiful views of the river and surrounding hills. The open deck, jacuzzi and fire pit were the highlights of our stay.

It is a beautiful cabin in a great location with tons of amenities. The owner thought of everything to make us comfortable. We'll definitely return.

The views alone are stunning. The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook (and we cooked multiple times a day). We had a question for Steve and he was so quick to respond. We would definitely return!!

The cabin was wonderful in every way. It was very private/secluded yet still very close to town. We explored all around the 3 acres and beyond. The hot tub was amazing and very relaxing. The cabin had everything we needed for a very comfortable weekend. The beds were very comfy as well. This was an ideal place for our family.

Beautiful property and home and amenities. Stayed 7 nights. Kitchen was awesome except skillets and pots/pans in terrible condition. Path to cabin needs work on steps. Laundry room was A. Downstairs living room was wonderful!!! Yellow bedroom was wonderful to wake up in. Upstairs so roomy. Wonderful!!! Loved the hot tub & fire pit. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves so much. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but we had some problems. Highlight of the stay was definitely the view of the river from the porch! Really quiet and peaceful. The home is spacious and in a nice small town. The reason we chose this property was for the hot tub. The hot tub did not function and the owner said he had some issues with it from prior guest. Things happen and a simple offer of a partial refund or even a discounted next stay would have gone a long way. The beds were not comfortable. If you are going to run a VRBO invest in beds. The decor was ok but obviously things were pulled together on a budget and it was a bit of a mishmash of decor. The pictures showed a gas grill and there was only a small charcoal grill. It was also a bit alarming when we drove in on a rainy night and there was a car in the driveway. The driveway is shared with a neighbor so we were a little hesitant going into the home but figured it out. I think this place suits a big family but if I had to do it over again I would have stayed somewhere a little more upscale.. you get what you pay for sometimes. The owner was communicative but overall I think he could have been a little more in tune with our experience.

The property was very clean overall and everything was exactly as listed. There were zero issues and the view was excellent.

The perfect getaway to host my family’s Thanksgiving dinner. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable and the views are spectacular! The host were so nice and easy to work with as well. It truly felt like home
