Dogs Considered with Prior Approval - Pet Policy – Dogs Only - Sandy’s Dream is dog-friendly for responsible pet owners. A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per stay, with each dog weighing 50 lbs. or less. No other animals are allowed.
Guests are responsible for all pet-related cleanup and any damage caused by their dogs. No pets on furniture. Dogs must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and may not be left unattended inside the home unless secured in a crate. Dogs must be leashed outdoors when required and under owner control at all times. Any excessive cleaning, damage, or rule violations may result in additional fees.

Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

    This was our second stay and it was perfect. We are 3 older motorcycle riders and the garage is perfect for keeping them safe and sound. Place is clean and convenient. As long as there are beds, a TV, and coffee maker, we are in heaven, but this place offers so much more. Looking forward to next year.

    Cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and easy access without driving up a mountain. The garage was a nice bonus for keeping our motorcycles safe and dry at night. Right in the middle of all the great roads to enjoy riding our motorcycles.

    The cabin had not been fully cleaned in sometime…surfaces of furniture were quite dusty. Kitchen stovetop was not cleaned, porch hadn’t been swept, etc. While this didn’t prevent us from staying, it will impact any future stays.Overall, everything needs a fresh update- the overall look and feel of the cabin is “tired and worn”.

    The place could have been cleaner. The porches had lots of dried leaves from the winter still on them that we cleaned off. The grill had not been cleaned, we had to clean it prior to being able to use it. Could have used a general dusting and cleaning of counter tops .

    Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing view. Three friends and I booked this house for a local event. Location was perfect. This beautiful home was well maintained, cozy and spacious. We did not feel that we were in each other’s way all week. We already booked for next year and looking forward to it.

    Charming 3br/3ba with great location to ski area and the town of Maggie Valley. We came for our annual ski trip to Cataloochee and this was perfect location for that.

    Love the new sofa! Needed a long getaway and cabin stay was just perfect. Although we come to get away from rat race cabin is close to the main Maggie drag. As always management was the driving force to our visit. Communication about hurricane damage was pertinent to our decisions

    Perfect little cabin for 3 couples. WELL stocked with kitchen gadgets, utensils, appliances, spices, extra blankets & linens and baby items (gates, booster seats, playpen). Great location for MV outings. Great neighborhood. We did have a snag at check in where the door code didn't work. We came down just after Hurricane Helene hit so travel took us far longer than expected with many roads being closed, we didn't arrive until well after dark around 9:30pm. The cabin is HARD to find in the dark. The garbage can was placed in front of the name sign so we didn't see it and the numbers on the house are unreadable when dark! After finding it the door code given to us would not unlock either door. Due to Helene there was no cell, data or wi-fi service so we had to drive for miles for service to be able to call the host. She picked up quickly on the second # we tried & gave us a second code. The second code worked thankfully because after 14 hours of riding motorcycles 15 mins on Rd looking for cabin & 20 mins trying code, we DIDN'T want to go looking for cell service again. The cabin could use a deep clean, I think just spot cleaning is happening. We ride Spyders, 5 in total. Plenty of parking for all + the 3 trailers we pulled. The driveway is small but fit 2 Spyders, the garage fit 1 Spyder & all 3 motorcycle trailers & the extra parking on left of the cabin fit the other 2 Spyders perfectly. VERY responsive & easily contactable host. Would deff stay there again.

    This property was well located just off Soco Rd in Maggie Valley, just west of Waynesville. Everything we needed was within 15 minutes. Blue Ridge Parkway and the Smoky Mountains National Park were right there. The house was as described and well equipped. 3 beds and 3 baths for 3 couples gave each couple their own space. Highly recommend and if back in the area, I would try to stay there again.
