Rustic Lakeside Cabin at White Gate Farm

Just amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at White Gate Farm. The private cabin was perfect for our three-day getaway. The lake view was amazing, and the cabin was clean, appropriately appointed and incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The property manager and host were both warm and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house, beautiful setting right on the lake with farmland and fields. Great location for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. The lake house is very cozy and quaint, and pet friendly. It could use a deep clean as there were cobwebs and dust bunnies but otherwise a very nice place to stay.

10/10 Just what we were looking for. Peaceful and free of unnecessary distractions. Beautiful property. Conveniently located to get to many nearby points of interest.Would recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful place to stay. So relaxing and peaceful. We spent the majority of our time just sitting outside by the lake and at the fire pit. Our dog was so happy to swim and play ball. Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time at the property! We disconnected from the world, built a fire by the lake every evening and very much enjoyed the tranquility! Kevin and Pauline were so nice and helpful, can't thank them enough!

Could not have dreamt of a better stay! Pauline’s property is so beautiful and relaxing, and the weekend access to the fabulous White Gate Farmstand makes for a delicious and convenient setup. The cabin was charming, clean, well-equipped, and totally comfortable. The lake access is every bit as convenient as it appears on the listing, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

This was our 3rd stay at the Ice House at White Fate Farm. As always, the rustic Ice House cabin was cozy, peaceful, and a comfortable summer getaway from the city. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The foldout bed in the livingroom was comfortable enough for my teen son, while the bedroom in the loft is very comfy. The view from the large picture window is beautiful. There are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy and a friendly school of sunfish that will swim right up to you. We loved going for walks around the picturesque grounds and over to the farm stand for their selection of goodies. The Ice House is a relaxing, rustic stay for nature and farm lovers.

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Will definitely stay again. Easy check-in easy check out. You wont regret staying here!

Ideal venue for peace, quiet and unplugged introspection.

We are local to the area and wanted a mini vacation without having to travel far. The cabin was absolutely perfect! The gigantic picture window, the private dock, and quiet farmland surroundings were the highlights of the property. Seeing the fog dance across the lake during sunrise was magical!

We loved the location right on the lake. Watching the sun set and the ducks swimming around. Owner/ innkeeper were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

The icehouse at white gate farm is magical!! From the moment property manager Kevin Welcomed us, to the moment we left, we were home. The produce and breads made on the farm were exceptional. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. Next time. And three WILL be a next time.

Beautiful cabin with a very cool history. Private and cozy plus the lake is wonderful for a swim and it has a very comfortable bed. It was nice to inplug and just be one with the surroundings. We would definitely come back

Super quiet gorgeous view from the massive window overlooking the lake! We were free to roam around the grounds, being pet friendly was also a huge win as the dog loved running around by the lake and in the field. Kevin made check in and check out super easy. We will be back for sure! The farm stand Saturday morning was also amazing

My son in law stayed in the cabin the night before the wedding. He loved the peace and quiet. Just what he needed

We had a great weekend at the cabin kayaking, swimming and walking the farm!

This is the 3rd time we stayed at the Ice Cottage. We loved the property and lake. Great Long weekend.
