RUSTIC & CHARMING CABIN ON GROOM CREEK... NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES !!

This cabin is an ideal place to stay in Prescott. The hosts go above and beyond to assure your stay is perfect. The surroundings are so private except for the occasional visit from the deer and the havelina's. The super spacious screened in porch is like a viewing area to the outdoors. You will want for nothing during your stay except to stay longer. Thank you for sharing such beauty.

The cabin was perfect. It was quiet, secluded and provided an awesome view to lots of wildlife. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Comfortable rustic cabin, great property, perfect place to relax. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife up close, and listening to the wind in the trees. Very quiet neighborhood and close to lots of things to do. Make sure you follow the owner’s directions to the property! Prepare for a very enjoyable stay!

This is an amazing place to stay! Everything about it takes you back in time to a different charm that is missed today. Very comfortable, BEAUTIFUL surroundings and daily wildlife sightings loved sitting on the screen porch. Host was excellent, shared necessary information when we met (which was very nice) and then we didn't see them again which is what they promise. All the nice small touches inside are evident.

The biggest downside was no central air and it got very hot inside in the afternoon. This time of year the creek was mostly a small area of stagnant water. The hosts were great and it was a nice cabin with terrific location for us to Friendly Pines Camp.

This cabin is such a gem with groom creek in the backyard. We saw deer and javelina daily which was such a treat! Let's just say that this stay inspired us to start looking for properties in Prescott. Our hosts joey and pat were awesome hosts. Highly recommend!!

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a super cute setup! There was plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs. My husky saw a deer for the first time and I thought she was going to wake up the whole valley with her excitement, luckily she calmed down when we brought her back in the cabin. Sorry to anyone she may have woken up at 7am. Anyway, every step of the process, from booking, to communication with the hosts, to the duration of the stay, and after - was smooth. I will recommend this cabin and its hosts to my friends! Wonderful experience!

The owners are very communicative and so hospitable. The property is beautiful and the cabin has everything you need. We will definitely be back.

We beat the heat of Phoenix and I spent a lovely time with my Wife and dog at this cozy cabin. We enjoyed having a cook out at Gold Water Lake which is only about 7 minutes away. Friendly hosts

Perfect place to stay about 10 minutes outside of Prescott. Quiet neighborhood with a huge property. I went for a walk each morning/evening and didn't run into anyone or any vehicles. Stars were beautiful at night. Inside was everything you needed. Wood burning stove and fun to use and helped warm up the cabin in the evening. I would definitely stay again.

Pat & Joey are outstanding hosts. They are extremely accommodating and they stock the cabin with everything you need...towels, linens, snacks, kitchen supplies, fireplace wood, etc. It was so relaxing, we never left the property during our stay. Absolute perfection.

We stayed here for our Wedding that was at the groom creek school house. The property owners were very friendly we met with them and they showed us around the property and gave us tips for starting a fire in the wood stove. The cabin has a lot of charm and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay and loved the classic cabin ambience! It was exactly as a cabin should be. The beds were comfortable too. We would love to return. Goldwater Lake nearby was beautiful, and the kids hada great time!

Great setting with lots of vintage charm. The little stream right behind the property, deer sightings - wonderful! Enjoying being there, and Prescott in general, very much! Only reminder is this is high altitude and - for Arizona - much cooler. Take plenty of cool weather clothes!
