Welcome to your Island Park basecamp—just a short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This home is set up for comfortable group stays, sleeping up to 12 guests with 7 beds and 1.5 baths. It’s a great fit for families and groups looking for a relaxed place to gather, unwind, and enjoy everything the Yellowstone area has to offer.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
