Stayed Sep 23, 2025We loved the entire property. It was perfectly laid out, comfortable, friendly, and the apartment was fully stocked with towels, kitchen ware, games, etc. Very homey! Fritz was interesting to talk to. You can tell that the owners take personal care of the property and guests. A beautiful spot on the Rio Grande! And a short drive into the Rio Grande valley. Will recommend this to anyone heading to Southern Colorado.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Fritz and Paula were incredible hosts to my fiancé and I. They have a stunning property with a charming studio cabin where we spent the weekend. It was a privilege to stay in one of the cabins they crafted by hand. Fritz greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The cabin was thoughtfully designed and had everything a guest could need, including high-quality bed linens, towels, blankets, and kitchenware. There were plenty of books and games as well. The layout of the cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Property is located right off the river and has some great views. Fritz was a great host and helped us with a discount on the local golf course. You will have to contend with mosquitos/bugs due to the proximity of the river but that likely can’t be helped. Overall, a great stay.
