Riverfront Home w/ a Private Hot Tub, Gazebo, Deck w/ River Views, & Free WiFi

Lovely home, excellent location, nice amenities. Issues with toilet and had difficulty getting a response from the property manager. It’s a wonderful place to stay; however, if you have any issue, do not expect a response from the property management company.

Beautiful river side property was nothing short of amazing. Fishing was solid and the ambiance eas incredible. Perfect for getting away and enjoying the peace and quiet of nature.

This was the most amazing spot for our family to stay for a mountain wedding! Our kiddos loved playing in the river and hot tub. We loved chatting and reading in the gazebo. The space was ideal for two families of 5, and another couple. Already planning to come back!

We were blown away by how stocked the cabin was with essentials. It had absolutely everything we needed and more.

Location and river access are awesome but the house needs maintenance, updates/upgrades, and a deep clean.

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor area. It was perfect for our family visit to Pagisa Springs and Great Sand Dunes NP. Will definitely stay again and will recommend this home to everyone we know!

We enjoyed the amenities if this house, including the river, the gazebo, the hot tub, the loft area, and all the space for my family to spread out! The home was very well stocked!! The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The beds were on the firm side, but we like that so no complaint here. My mother has limited mobility and is on a walker. She was able to get into the home and the shower with no issue. There was also plenty of parking for a truck and 24'trailer, a Forerunner and a small Subaru. We would love to stay at this home again!

Such a lovely place! Close to town but still felt a little secluded because nothing is behind the house (other than river and mountain). The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of room. So many outdoor seating spaces. The bridge and river/gazebo area are lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our family of 5 (including 3 boys aged 4, 7, and 9) had an incredible time. The boys keep asking when we can come back!

We loved that it was next to the river, the kids loved the fishing. Plenty of room for all of use.

We loved staying in this home. 3 families could share this home! I loved the Gazebo out on the river. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay again! I already shared the home link with friends and family.

We enjoyed staying in this home especially the deck and gazebo was wonderful!! A few things might need repaired to help out the house as well!! I called twice about a possible propane leak in the tank outside! It was very strong on smell therefore you couldn’t open that window so it was very hot in that room. Also in the same master bedroom, the screen door was off the track and could not be put back on therefore you couldn’t use that door to open for air to flow , so I had to go purchase 3 more box fans for our stay to be able to sleep at night. Something was a bad odor from fridge when we got there but we could never figure it out( I cleaned it trying to help smell but it didn’t work) The deck has a few boards rotting out that might need replacing so no one would fall through. Anyway, we’ve been going as a family to Colorado for years and stayed so many different places!! We were sad that we couldn’t use the garage, we had so much fishing gear and things that we had to store it all on the front porch!? All in All it is a beautiful home that we enjoyed and made many fun memories!!

We loved this home cause of the location, cleanliness, and accommodations. Has a walkway to a gazebo on the river. This home has everything you would need and more! Accommodated well over my expectations. Really made it feel like home. Me and my family will definitely be back for future visits!
