Home away from Home on the South Toe River! Everything you need to enjoy the view and relax. Our home is accessible no matter what the weather. County maintained asphalt roads all the way to the driveway.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level and a bedroom and a full bath in the finished basement. In the basement there is a game table and many games in the closet. The Custom Bar and game table are all done in tasteful log cabin decor. Sorry.. the bar is not stocked. BYOB The comfy sectional couch is a great place to hang out with a 50 smart tv. A walk out porch is the perfect place to swing and enjoy the view.
Upstairs enjoy the gas fireplace and watch your favorite TV show on the 50 smart tv. Read a book on the upper deck at the table under the umbrella as the birds eat at the feeders down below. Hummingbirds abound in the spring and you can see the trout swimming in the shallow waters in the South Toe River. In the summer, you can rent tubes and drop the kids off upstream for them to get out right at your back yard. Trout fishermen are a common sight as well as other families floating downstream. If the water is high enough, you will see a few kayaks floating down river. Sleep at night with your windows open and let the sounds of the river lull you off to sleep! Wake up refreshed with a great cup of tea or coffee at the kitchen table which looks right out at the South Toe River.
No Matter what time of the year it is, the view is astoundingly peaceful!
The main level has 2 steps to get in and there is a set of stairs inside to get down to the basement where the game table and bar and sectional with tv are located.
