Riverfront Cottage In Downtown Pigeon Forge!!!

It was so convenient. In thevmiddle of shops and dining. Right by a beautiful creek. Greeted every morning by geese. Loved it there.

We had to buy more toilet paper. The dryer lint vent was full and gross, had a hard time getting the washer to start. limited television to watch. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced.

Excellent location,nice parking,clean,had everything we needed! Easy check in and out! Hope to get to return again soon! Thank You! Chris

Very nice inside. No directions for gas fireplace and no way to turn it on. No tv channel guide and tv kept cutting off.Back porch was dirty,cobwebs and pollenHot tub was nice but cover was falling apart.

The cottage is far enough off the parkway you don't hear the noise from the traffic but close enough you can walk to most restaurants and shopping. The place was very clean, bed was comfortable, hot tub was warm and clean, loved having the geese and their babies visit us every morning. The go kart track is directly across the river and you can hear it from the back porch. It didn't bother us, we had a Bluetooth speaker outside with us and that drowned out the noise. You cannot hear the go karts when inside. Having a local coffee shop across the street was nice and convenient, there is a coffee pot in the cottage.

This was are 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love the house and the location. We enjoyed drinking coffee and relaxing next to the river. My daughter loved having the loft area all to herself. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the local shops and restaurant's.

This is a charming, cozy cabin. The location is excellent for leisurely strolling around the shops and Chris was excellent to communicate with us before, during and after our stay. Thanks for a lovely visit!

I am in LOVE this cottage!!! It’s perfect. It’s so cozy and in a great location. We didn’t wanna leave. The Host was amazing helped us stay another night. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay and beautiful cabin. Host was very responsive to questions and check in was super easy! We loved hearing the sound of the river and walking to the Old Mill restaurant. If I had to give any suggestions it would be to have extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and access to the ceiling fan remotes. It was nice to have floor fans for a little noise while sleeping. Overall an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay!

It was good! Nice and close to all the attractions. Communication was a little tough with the property person.response was very slow. Nice place.

What a great little gem in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Great location, just steps to some great restaurants and shops, nestled on a quaint road backed up to the river. The owners were very responsive, in fact we had an issue with the coffee maker being broken and they replaced it the same day, made our mornings so much better. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking necessities. The hot tub was a great add for us, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the place very neat and tidy which I think is super important!! Something to be aware of is there is a Go Kart company behind the house and they do go until late in the evening, you hear it from the deck (which didn't bother us at all) and could barely hear it from inside the house. The location is close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Convention center in Pigeon Forge. Lots of quaint wineries and distilleries in the area to check out. And tons of family fun on the main drag, you couldn't throw a stone without hitting a mountain coaster or go kart company... we loved it!! Would not only recommend the place and area but will be returning again.

The house is in a wonderful location to walk to attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the Old Mill shops and restaurants each day for coffee, food and sweets. Food City is very close for groceries. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub but be aware that the go-karts are right across the river and it is not a quiet, peaceful soak in the tub.You will hear the karts and speakers during business hours, but the view is lovely. We would stay here again for the comfy beds, great communication and perfect location to attractions. I did mark 4 on cleaning as there was hair in shower upstairs and I had to empty the dishwasher and fold and a put away a bunch of towels left in the dryer.

Needed a quick getaway and we had spotted this place last year during a visit. Decided to try it out and it did not disappoint. Perfect walking location to the Old Mill, go-karts, some shopping and the park for a good after dinner walk. Perfect for two couples! Plenty of space, very clean. Will be back.

We loved staying in this cottage! Perfect for a walk to the Old mill and shops. Close enough to walk to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable! Clean. Will stay again!

It was exactly like the pictures. The most adorable house. We loved how we were in walking distance of so many things, especially the Old Mill. The view of the water was beautiful too. Plan on booking again!

This is the second cottage we’ve booked with Kirkland by the Old Mill District. We were so happy to be able to book in the same area again. This cottage was quaint and very clean. Highly recommended.
