Stayed Mar 15, 2025I can't say enough good things about this property! The home is perfect for a mountain vacation. It was spotless and very well maintained. My family enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the community hot tub to warm up after a long day of activities. We loved the beautiful mountain river in the back yard as well. The owner/manager is also very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Quiet community, beautiful place on the river. The house had everything we needed, plus extra amenities I didn’t expect. Very comfortable beds. Fishing was fun at the community, but the pool area is not well maintained. Close to many activities between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We especially enjoyed the town of Grand Lake. I definitely recommend and would stay again!
