Located on Railroad Grade Road, an 8-mile stretch of flat, riverside road, you’ll love walking, running, or biking right outside your front door. The Space: Cozy, Clean, and Thoughtfully Updated

Originally built in the 1970s by Ennis Scott Pennell (the great-grandmother of the current owners), this home was designed to bring family back to the land. It has since been renovated from top to bottom, including:

• Upgraded kitchen and appliances
• Mini-split heating and cooling system for year-round comfort
• Fresh finishes throughout that preserve the charm but give you modern ease

The living room features a comfortable pull-out couch for additional sleeping space, perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals, and the dining area overlooks the river.
