This was a perfect getaway for peace and quiet. The distance between properties was more than expected and added to the experience with plenty of privacy. The house/cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and more. There were plenty of things for kids to enjoy (although didn’t apply in my case) games, swings, toys, etc.Andrew (aka Andy), was a great host and was extremely helpful in all communications. We really appreciated the work and/or updates that made our stay especially comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at your property! The kids loved the lake--they fished, kayaked, and paddle boarded. They also enjoyed some of the games--we'll be adding Klask to our home collection! The home was very clean and had plenty of comfortable living room seating, plenty of room for dining and a nicely furnished kitchen. A few suggestions--we missed having a strainer and filet knife in the kitchen. Also would have loved a dresser or something in the upstairs bedroom to put keys, watches, jewelry, etc. We enjoyed the area as well--we visited Spooner (lots of restaurants and a few stores), Shell Lake (for ice cream), Rice Lake (many restaurants and stores). We also visited the distillery right down the road. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our experience at Ripley Lake was excellent. The cabin was immaculate, filled with all the essentials, and designed for socializing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Check in and out was a breeze with simple and straightforward directions. There was abundant space for planning meals, dining, and relaxing. Essentials for cooking and bathing were generously provided. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The setting was peaceful with our grandchildren thoroughly enjoying fishing off the dock and using the available paddle boards and kayaks. Hope that we have another occasion to visit and would highly recommend a stay at Ripley Lake to everyone!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin! The host was friendly, timely, and attentive to everything! The new updated amenities were amazing and easy to use. The window view of the lake is stunning as is the lake itself. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming off the dock at this quiet retreat. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

We had so much fun at the Ripley retreat! We wanted a vacation to celebrate my son graduating from high school since he loves to fish. The owners were so kind and they had a special cake in the fridge for him when we got to the cabin. The cabin is cute and had more than enough space with all the amenities we needed for two adults and four kids. The lake was perfect for what we wanted to do. We fished, paddle boarded, kayaked and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife. There was loons, deer, eagles and plenty of bass. The lake felt very safe for my 9 and 12 year old to scoot around on paddle boards. It was a wonderful vacation for our whole family!!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! It is very peaceful extremely clean and very open area. Everything you need from games to crockpots to towels. So beautiful to wake up and see the sunrise through the windows to just sitting out on the deck having coffee! The communication with the host Andy was absolutely wonderful. We had never rented at a VRBO before. He walked us through the check-in process and checkout process. It was an amazing stay and we would for surely stay there again.
