Renovated Modern Lake Front Oasis/ Dog Friendly w/ fenced in area

We loved our weekend stay! The house was stocked with all the needed kitchen accessories and the property is perfect for small families , couples and friends . The lakeshore is flat , no steps to get to the dock! Alex was super responsive and a great host!

A colander would be great in the kitchen and a set of measuring cups and measuring spoons. Tinfoil and plastic bags are also nice for cooking and left overs but not your responsibility.There was only one coffee filter. It is the only thing I that was an issue. Everything was clean. We loved the bows on things.

Location is amazing! Views are amazing and the Host is top Notch! We felt right at home. Really good value.

We had a lovely week at the Forest Lake House with our pups. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great and the fenced off area for the dogs is super convenient. The sun rises over the lake and sets in the backyard, which lights up the far coastline in glittering light. Alex is extremely quick to respond and attentive to any concerns. A great rental experience, which we would do again in a heartbeat.

Alex is a terrific host and the house is very well appointed and in a great area, right on Forest Lake. Our dogs loves running on the frozen lake every day! The beds are super comfy, the living area was also comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed watching the Olympics snuggled on the sectional with the fireplace on! There was also plenty of room to accommodate our need for two private working spaces, and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, including basics like flour, sugar, condiments, etc. A truly enjoyable experience!

This property was all that was advertised! It is right on the lake and the views are awesome. The pet area outside was a great design and easy for us. Alex is a wonderful hostess. She responded almost immediately when we had questions. The kitchen has everything we needed and had very nice pans and utensils. We loved our stay here and plan to return.

Well equipped house, beautiful location. It was perfectly located and had everything we needed. I can’t wait to go back! Alex was a pleasure to work with, easy to get a hold of.

The proximity to Stillwater and the Twin Cities was ideal for our stay. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and we had a great time kayaking.

This was a wonderful property, very relaxing, very serene and peaceful… I highly recommend it!!!! Absolutely gorgeous views, and we loved watching the sea planes takeoff!

It is a beautiful, clean, retreat-like spot. We were grateful the soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were unscented. The kitchen had everything we needed-nice plates (two sizes), bowls, serving pieces, nice silverware, glasses, plastic cups, an assortment of pots and pans. The beds were amazing so comfortable. We realized we need a new bed at home. The 2nd refrigerator was a surprise. We did the flowers for the wedding and had a place to keep them for the next day. The host so responsive and so quick to respond. It is a great view of the water, which I loved.

We brought in the New Year at this lovely home. They had a Christmas tree which made it very festive. We appreciated the open common areas for games and food. The little touches of folded towels on beds, the unique towel folding in the bathrooms just added that extra welcoming touch. We all enjoyed the sauna on the deck. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home! We would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the summer months.
