Relax and Unwind at the Cozy Cabin on Heaton Lake.

We had a great trip to the cabin for the weekend. It was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. Having garage access was also nice. The only problem was we had no hot water in the shower for the weekend. The hot water worked in the sinks so it makes me think it has some sort of plumbing issue to the shower. That part was a bit of an inconvenience but we loved the place other than that. We are hoping to be back in the future!

This was an excellent stay, very comfortable and welcoming on a beautiful lake. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer to make use of all the amenities. The host was super responsive and helpful. The beautifully updated kitchen and the lovely views were highlights. Would love to stay here again!

Lindsey is an excellent host! She made check in very easy, provided excellent communication and responded/ resolved all questions very quickly. She showed a level of professionalism that all VRBO hosts could learn from.The property is lovely and has everything needed for a comfortable & fun stay. The lake is beautiful and everything is provided to enjoy it - kayaks, boards, fishing poles, etc. The house is great for a couple or families. Comfortable bedding, couches, chairs and a wonderful view.The location is a short drive from downtown, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Top notch! Thanks for hosting.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The host was very responsive, and friendly. The area was quiet, with shopping and stores close by. The cabin itself was was exactly as described, very clean, and well stocked. You have everything you need to make you feel like your home. There is even a white noise box in one of the bedrooms to help fall asleep. The only thing I would recommend to the host, is to get a removable shower head for the shower, one that offers higher water pressure, and functions. Other than that, our stay was a 10/10. My absolute favorite was enjoying coffee on the back deck in the morning, the view of the lake, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Next time we are in the area, if this is available, we will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend staying at Heaton Lake Cabin.

Peaceful, quiet, super clean, beautiful lake views. Host was very attentive. We always enjoy a property that is not cluttered with knick-knacks.

The lake house was a wonderful quiet place to stay. It has all the amenities you need. The beds are so comfortable you dont want to get up. The views are amazing also with not to far of a drive to the store. Also if we had questions the host was so fast to reply. Definitely recommend staying here, were already want to come back.

Although, February is not the greatest time to visit Elkhart, IN, this little cabin made it worthwhile. It was cozy, as advertised, but also clean and well-appointed with amenities and welcoming decor. Our host was perfect, delivering on what was necessary, and letting us have our space otherwise. It is a bit confusing navigating, but our host gave very clear directions. Also, although this place is well maintained and classy, there are other properties that aren't. Please don't let that deter you from staying here. Have fun!

Great property on the lake. Beautiful views. We saw swans and geese. Clean. Warm. And the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our cozy weekend stay on Heaton Lake! The fall colors were popping and swans on the lake were a delight to watch. This is a very sweet spot, we would definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly as described and clean. The ability to use the paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing poles added even more to the experience.

We stayed for three nights (myself, my husband, and kids ages 14 and 11), and this rental was absolutely perfect for our family.The home was even nicer in person than in the photos. It appears to be recently updated, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. It’s tastefully and simply decorated and furnished. The kitchen was especially well stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus.The garage was another plus, our 3rd row SUV fit fine. The beds were very comfortable and the linens fresh and cozy. The lake is small but peaceful and perfect for swimming, floating, and kayaking (there were three kayaks available for use).We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had the the pleasure of enjoying this sweet spot in the winter. It was fun watching the ice fishers and the birds. The cabin is clean and cozy.

The size was perfect for us the view was awesome. The place is clean and since it was snowing having a garage was definitely a plus. Great communication with the owner. Lots of fun places to shop and visit. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, bright, and supplied with all the necessities. The property manager was SUPER! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The area is a short drive to bike trails. The house itself has beautiful views, plus hammocks in the yard and ice cream in the freezer. A happy weekend away and a place we would visit again.
