Reindeer Retreat- Great Home Base to Explore Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon

The location of the property is perfect! Easy proximity to Flagstaff & Sedona. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The home is welcoming and spacious!

This place is PERFECT! Centrally located to EVERYTHING! The house is beautifully appointed. The deck, among the pines, was a peaceful place to chill.Nothing is missing! The host is very quick to communicate. Definitely recommend! We can't wait to go back!

This was our fifth stay at the property, and once again we had a truly wonderful time.

The weather was wonderful---20-30 degrees cooler than where we live. Having said that, the warmth/ambience of the cabin offered all that we could want--and a couple of things I forgot. The house had a peaceful feel, not at all busy--from the pictures to furnishings. In the kitchen, I found NOT second hand mismatched silverware, plates, glasses, and pots and pans, but first rate, clean all of the above. Plates and bowls were beautiful. Plenty of hot water! The mattresses are usually the make it or break it of any rental for us. No craters here! We all slept wonderfully. Money well spent by the owners. Ceiling fans in every bedroom! This was the best all around VRBO that we've stayed in. Exceptional! This was a get-out-of-the-heat stay-cation for us. We were not disappointed. Bearizona was a treat. My daughter and I really connect, so we had a lot of good fun with it. The other places are great places to tour. we've seen them more than once. Reindeer Retreat is a great home base or home away from home and heat. Thank you so much to the owners! We plan to return next year, and also hope for rain!Warmly,Russell and Patty

We had a great stay at the Reindeer Retreat! It was the perfect basecamp for my crew during my race, and a great place to come back to after. It was a short enough drive into flagstaff, and the neighborhood was beautiful. We spent plenty of time on the front deck and enjoyed all of that the house had to offer. We would absolutely book here again! Thanks to Bill for all of his communication with my sister as well!

House was clean and property manager fast to respond with any inquiries. Located in a clean and quiet neighborhood. About 30min away from Flagstaff. We plan to book again when in the area next time.

We have to get away from loud fireworks in our town and we love the pines in Munds Park and the quiet!!. This rental was, possibly, the best all around place to stay. Clean, easy to warm up, nice kitchen, comfy living room with pretty fireplace, nice quiet street with nice neighbors, and can I say, clean a second time?? Bill is just the nices host. We had a little bit of trouble with the TV. They're all different. We called him and he got back with us very shortly. He walked us through and then we had no trouble from that point on. We'll definitely be back.

We have returned to this property for the fifth time and we loved it as always. Very clean and well organized house. It is close to the forest for walks and hikes. We enjoyed the cool whether and the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings. Munds Park also has a very friendly community.

The cabin was just as advertised. Very clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. I would book again and probably will.

Special thanks to Bill for being super accommodating for our trip to the reindeer retreat. The place is super clean, the beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the front porch. It's a wonderful place to get out of the heat for a little while and the neighborhood is quite nice and friendly. We will definitely come back again.
