The cabin was absolutely lovely. It had all the amenities we needed to have a great time. The host was very attentive during our stay and gave us great recommendations for places to check out in the area. We are hoping to return during the warmer months. I would highly recommend staying here!

The host was the best we have ever dealt with. He suggested an excellent breakfast place. His cabin is immaculate and amenities were wonderful! This was the second time we stayed there and it was as perfect as the first time. Love it!!!

Our host Robert was amazing!! He was so helpful throughout the entire process from booking to the end of our stay! He so kindly had birthday treats waiting for me and boyfriend when we got there for my boyfriend’s birthday! The house was clean, welcoming, and came with so much to do! We had to bring almost nothing to stay there! Kitchen had pots, pans, plates, utensils, spices, etc. Beds were nicely made, towels included for shower and hot tub. The host answered very quickly and gave thorough answers to all of our questions with tutorials and examples about how to work things and gave us so many recommendations of places to go and places to eat. Although we didn’t bring any pets, I LOVE that they allow pets as that is a huge benefit when trying to book a get-a-way. The house was beautiful and was nearby to so many things! 10/10 recommend booking this house and the host was 10/10.

It is like staying at a 5 star Hotel!!!The owners attention to detail is exceptional. Plush towels. Shampoo/conditioner/Body Wash dispensers in each bathroom. The Hot Tub is delicious! I could have slept there! When you walk into the cabin you immediately start to relax. The outside areas are also made for more relaxing. This is just what I needed. A place to chill out and de-stress. When I booked the cabin, the owner asked if anything special was happening. I told him it was my birthday. To my delight, I found birthday balloons and muffins there waiting for me. How sweet!!!The owner responded quickly to all my questions.So, if you are looking for a beautiful cabin with extra attention to detail, I highly recommend the Ranch at Greenwood. you'll love it!!! BTW this cabin is pet friendly

We had a long-postponed family trip -- our first to the Poconos. Everything was perfect from the cozy house to the hot tub to the fire pit. Even the kitchen had better tools than most vacation rentals. And everyone was happy -- aged 3 to 76. We took a drive to Jim Thorpe and another to Beltzville Lake. Rob was very helpful with other suggestions, including live music our first night at the Hub. We will absolutely be back!

Nice house clean great location to go many places!

This mountain house was immaculate with more amenities than we could have imagined. The host left treats for our family, which were very inviting. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. We used the kayaks on the lake and rode the bicycles. All provided by the host. We received many tips from the host which were useful. We hiked to the beautiful waterfall in Hickory Run Park which was recommended by the host. It was a fun day for our whole family. There were plenty of games to play and at the end of the day, a nice fire and laying in the hammock looking up at the stars was so relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and made our trip so easy and problem free. Can’t wait to go back!

We had one of the best trips of our lives here. The property is ideal, with everything you’d like for a Poconos holiday. The host was attentive and friendly. It was a great getaway and I hope we can visit again soon!!!

Beautiful clean and comfortable home with so much to offer! We stayed there with our 3 kids (ages 18, 16, and 13) and we really enjoyed the shuffle board, bikes, hot tub, kayaks, and fire pit. The grounds are beautiful and deer are everywhere. They literally come right up to you and you can feed them apples. The kids did this every morning. It is a short walk to Lake Harmony and they have 4 kayaks on site at the lake that you can use. The location is very close Jim Thorpe, which is a super cool town with a lot of shops, dining options, and historical features. The hosts are awesome and will check in with you to make sure your stay is going well. They will also give you recommendations for fun things to do. We can’t wait to come back!

Very enjoyable stay at this location. Kayaks, hot tub and bikes were great. One of our party even caught a very large bass in Lake Harmony, released it of course. Good memories for sure!!

So many good things to say….the ranch is a cozy, peaceful home in a perfect setting; trees, deer, quiet! The home is exactly as pictured with many modern amenities ; new appliances, new hot tub, new grill, quality linens and towels. We were happy to have the air mattresses which were really comfortable. We loved the hot tub, kayaks, and indoor shuffleboard and different games. Rob was a great host. He was very responsive to questions and gave many helpful recommendations for eating options and activities in the surrounding area. We were a group of 7 with 4 adults and 3 children 1 dog. We were all very comfortable in the indoor and outdoor space.Thank you Rob and Janis for sharing your lovely home with our family. We give the ranch and our experience 5 stars.

We had a family trip this summer to poconos .we stayed at Mr Robs property. .Very beautiful house calm and quiet area to relax from the busy chaos. He provided with free early check in and lots of fun for kids and provided with lots of free amenities for adults including kayak at lake harmony. unfortunately due to time restrain we couldn’t utilize some of them . We definitely come back to enjoy the rest . His description about the house and directions is accurate and brief easy to locate and follow. He updates everyday the weather ,local news , the attractions and restaurants near by.Through out the days he inquired about our safety till we reached home . Absolutely loved the property especially the back and side yards. Property had all of the amenities (and more) that we needed for our stay. Hosts were very attentive and provided us with numerous suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Poconos.

Rob was amazing give us advice of where to go and do in the area very helpful, the Ranch was very clean and well staff with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Hot Tub. We had great stay overall! :)

We had a cousin get away with 10 people. Spent the weekend everyone had had something to do,spend time at the lake, by the fire, and games.

My whole gang thought the house was very nice and well stocked with good things to do. We specifically liked the kayaks and how easy it was to use them and get them to the water.

We went in the hot tub many times! Can be adjusted to be cooler for kids. Place was clean and nice. Great stay! Owner responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Close to the lake and many activities

The cabin was in perfect condition when we arrived. Unlike other rentals that are barebones in what they provide, the hosts go the extra mile to make you feel at home and provide everything you need. They have plenty of cookware and extra towels for guests using the jacuzzi, and they even give you a welcome gift! The hosts were very kind, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire time. My group had the best experience staying here and we'd love to return.

We booked this cabin as a friends & family winter getaway to break up the monotony of the cold months. The level of hospitality was above and beyond. You can tell the host(s) take pride in providing an exceptional experience. Thoughtful items and additions in every single room. The communication was top notch and was probably the sole reason we had the incredible weekend getaway that we did. Everything from providing take-out food location options, places to find last minute items we forgot, names of the best hiking trails, all kinds of ideas for activities, answering questions we had, etc. Rob was so attentive and responsive. We went as two families with adults and kids… normally would need 2 cabins but this place was the perfect size for all of us and no one felt smothered. There was enough quiet space and group space. The cabin was so comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, campfire, hiking nearby parks, walking down to the lake, making homemade pizza, and family game night, movies. All in just 2 days and all was a blast. Make wonderful memories with your family and friends. You will miss these days. Just like the other reviews say… do it, book it! You won’t regret it!

Book it! The cabin was so much, close to a lot of different activities and places to eat. The cabin itself is very cozy and pretty much has everything you need. Rob was very attentive and helpful. He even welcomed us with snacks, we loved it! Will be returning soon !

Rob is very quick to respond and eager to help his guests have a good time. There are so many amenities available. We wish we would've stayed longer to enjoy more of them. This is the most thoughtful rental I've been in yet. My friends were already asking when we can book this place again before we even left.

Everything in the house was just as listed! Rob was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions and friendly with local attractions. We enjoyed time at the house with best friends and kids bringing in the New Year! Everything was very clean!! The hot tub was relaxing and we loved getting to see the deer in the yard. We were greeted with a welcome basket and some cute little chocolates on the folded towels in the beds. Great details and very cozy stay! We hope to go back one day!

8 friends stayed for three nights and had a friendsgiving dinner. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every day (even had a 12-deer parade go by one day!) We had a fire every evening which made the cozy living room even cozier! Their home was immaculate and their attention to detail impressive! Will definitely go back!

Family of four with two kids under 3, plus our dog! Great location near all lake harmony activities and restaurants. The firepit and fireplace were a plus on chilly fall evenings. And the popcorn machine was a big hit with the kids. Rob was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive!

The house was perfect for our small group of friends but would work as well for a larger family group, with a layout that allows everyone to come together or spend time in the separate living/entertainment areas. The ranch was the peaceful fall getaway we all needed. Saw deer and fox in the yard and plenty of gorgeous scenery.

This house gives you the cottage feel with hotel amenities! They provide everything, including bikes, kayaks, plenty of games and a shuffleboard table! Always super clean and excellent communication from the host! This was our 3rd time here in a year!

Can't say enough about this wonderful trip. Feeding deer from my hand, hanging out by the firepit, even getting to go to a brewery down the road, with my dogs! Long walks with my dogs, they are mad to be back home (lol). The house was perfect, clean, classy, with a yard that made me forget my busy life for a bit. The owners went out of their way to make me feel that their home was mine, for a short while. I highly recommend this place! Thank you both, we will be back soon!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! House is immaculate, yet warm and cozy! Hosts go over and above to provide so many extra touches. The welcome basket with the wine, aromatherapy for the hot tub, the coziest towels and blankets you ever felt. Kayaks, bikes, indoor and outdoor games ~ you just need to show up and bring your clothes! Rob checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Theresa the cleaning person adds the finishing touches to make your arrival so welcoming. I can't say enough and can't wait to go back. By far the most well maintained property I have stayed at yet!

House was very clean and cozy and it is clear that the hosts really went out of their way to make things welcoming for us. Rob was extremely communicative to make sure we had full knowledge of all the amenities in the area. Bedrooms are all connected so if the person in the middle bedroom wants to go to the bathroom or kitchen (or anywhere else in house) they must walk through one of the other 2 bedrooms in order to do so. Wasn't a huge problem for us but something to keep in mind if traveling with friends. Neighbors next door were amazing and they introduced us to the family of deer that came by everyday. Everything overall 10 out of 10 stay .

Our stay at the ranch on Greenwood was excellent! Rob and Janis are gracious hosts with an eye for travelers detail! Communication was wonderful as we were new to the area and not sure where to begin our adventure’s. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, hiking and the town of Jim Thorpe! The wild life kept us entertained too! So much to do and plenty of activities on site as well as relaxing nooks! You will truly enjoy this property!

It is often difficult when renting a lake house to determine what is provided and what will be needed once you show up and realize it isn’t included. This may be the first place our family has rented that not only had everything shown in the pictures and listed in the description, but a bunch of other things as well! The owner provided a number of local recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and rainy day activities and clear directions for using the jacuzzi, grill, kayaks, and popcorn machine as well as checking in and out. I definitely recommend this location for families with children of all ages.

Not only is this property gorgeous but the owners think of everything you could need. The attention to detail was incredible. From chocolates on the beds, aroma therapy for the hot tub, and a custom welcome basket and handwritten letter, we felt welcomed from the second we walked in.
