It was a good location to the lake, and close to town, we enjoyed our stay, it was a nice quiet neighborhood and glad that it was dog friendly so we could bring out dogs.

The house was clean when we arrived but it smelled like sewage so we had to open all windows for the whole day to air it out. Bed spread and throw pillows in master were stained,The hot tub was like a Luke warm bath, it never reached above 97 degrees. The “lake” was a dud. You get to stand in a small space to look at the water is about it. We thought we would be able to hang out by the water and or fish but we would be blocking anybody else from seeing the lake. We were excited there was an out side Heather as it was cold in the evenings but there was zero propane and we found out you have to bring your own propane tank. I felt a bit disappointed about these things and unfortunately they over take anything nice about the place. I’m sorry that this isn’t a fantastic review for you.

Was a wonderful place to relax with the family. The kids went fishing, the moms got to relax in the sauna/hot tub. It could use a few more kitchen basics, but overall great experience! Some tips for your stay: bring Ziplock bags, a griddle if you want to make pancakes/warm tortillas.

Very Spacious with nice internal features. Fenced yard for pets. We walked about a block to Rainbow Lake where there is a small public fishing spot, kayak launch, birdwatching.. we brought chairs and watched the beautiful sunset. We road bikes around the neighborhood. Very safe, quaint, quiet area. The outdoor entertaining areas could use a little TLC. Jacuzzi was clean/functioning, there was a nice gazebo with seating arraignments but really needed a cleaning. An easy quick electric blower would do the trick before guests arrive. All in all one of my favorite stays.

We have a large family and dogs so this was a great stay together. We enjoyed the kayak daily on the water. The lake was beautiful and for fisherman there are some pretty big fish. The backyard was cozy with hammocks, for pit with chairs, and jacuzzi. The grill allowed us to enjoy more time outdoors with meals. It was very nice and relaxing to get it off the heat. The only improvement comments from people staying were the queen beds were on the harder side. I loved our relaxing stay thank you ☺️

Overall we had a good trip. Everyone had fun and we were thankful for the great location of the cabin. That being said, there were a few things that nearly ruined the weekend for us. When we arrived, we quickly realized that the house does NOT have air conditioning. There is a single rolling evap cooler and that is it. For 9 people in a 2000+ square foot house, we were dying. It was 80+ degrees inside the house the whole weekend. There are ceiling fans in 3/4 of the bedrooms, however the remote for the master is no where to be found so it was unusable. Next, SPIDERS. HOLY CRAP I have never seen so many spider webs in my life. Inside AND outside. Every door, every window. We immediately had to remove 10+ spiders from inside the house on the ceiling and in the corners. Several in our party were bitten during the weekend. The yard is also severely overgrown and unmaintained. Then, we had to pay an additional $80 to rent their 2 kayaks. For a house that's 500 feet from a lake, that seems very silly. Lastly, for the sake of the length of this review already, they hardly provided anything. Each bathroom had less than 2 rolls of toilet paper and there was half a roll of paper towels. I had to purchase both things to get us through the weekend. No laundry soap, no dish washer detergent, one trash bag. For 9 people for four days it was frustrating to arrive and find literally less than the bare minimum. Definitely a first for me. These are all things I wish I would have known first!

Loved the location and easy access to water. That’s about it though. Shower leaks, no towels in the bathroom, horrible strong smell of moth balls that never went away even after airing out the place. Spiders everywhere. Like, everywhere. Hot tub had gravel or some sort of dirt and over all just not very clean, even outside all of the indoor spider webs.

The property was in a great location near the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space but there were lots of cobwebs inside and outside the property as well as lots of spiders and the backyard was a bit overgrown with weeds so the ants were all over the patio furniture. We might have been the first visitors of the season since there were still some Christmas decorations out. We washed the deck and cleared the webs so we could enjoy the hot tub and hammocks. Unfortunately there is no central A/C but a free-standing unit in one of the rooms. Many great things about the property but the spiders and moth ball scent was a bit overpowering.
