Quiet, Dog-Friendly Cabin Close to the Beach with WiFi and Tons of Character

Awesome stay, a couple minutes walk to the beach and coffee shop/ Moe'srestaurant, a few minutes drive from whatever you could want to do, dinning, aquarium, shopping and more. The dog loved it too as the floors were very dog friendly and there was a door from the living room to the backyard. The house is cute and quirky, the ceilings upstairs are a bit on the short side but everything was still great. If youre looking for a quiet little cabin thats close to everything you voukd want, this is it.

Quaint cottage-like home and loved its' location just down the street from the Devil's Punchbowl scenic view area. I visited that area daily during my stay. I also liked how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom was. Bath towels were very soft too. Could provide a box of kleenex tissue for guests though. Ceilings in the bedrooms were a bit low so getting out of bed I hit my head a few times. That one last step before you get to the bottom should be marked somehow so one doesn't overlook taking that last step and falling. Otherwise I enjoyed the rental and would rent it again.

It was such a fun place, we really enjoyed the artwork! Such a great location made beach walking extra fun.

Our stay was excellent except for the check-in problems:The door lock access combination didn't work, had to contact management & they gave us the code to open the lock box that had the keys.We could not access WIFI until the last night of out stay. After numerous discussion with management they finally figured it out. Found that the WIFI name was incorrect.We enjoyed staying there and the location.

Door key pad was not working properly on arrival, couch cover could use a wash, and would have been nice to have full curtains. Otherwise very charming and rustic!

all good, walk to beautiful beach, 15 yr old dog had trouble with steep stairs 2 bedrm.

Its a older cabin and only thing didnt like was the bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs. Also never could figure out the TV. Need to give written instructions. The location is very good between Newport and Depot Bay. We love the Oregon coast.

Our family came back to this home after visiting 4 years ago and had another lovely stay. The location is amazing, and you can spend hours on the beach and looking at the tidepools long after the crowds have left. The house is comfortable and has all of the amenities we needed. The house feels really cozy and the artwork is lovely. The fridge seemed to be on its last leg, and we were surprised that the couch and double mattress that were worn out 4 years ago were still around. But even so, we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

This was a very cute place to stay. We had everything we needed to cook and it was very clean. We really appreciated the art and cozy feel. Thank you!

Lovely place in a great location.

Very cute, quiet and very clean. Clise to beach access, depot bay and newport. There is a coffee and breakfast place just a couple blocks away. The fireplace was great after a chilly day out. We loved it! Even our super sensative service dog was very happy and comfortable with the accommodations.

Had family illness and did not get to stay

We loved the artful decor, proximity to the beach and the Devil's punchbowl. Well-equipped kitchen, great dining table for eating/playing games. Also enjoyed watching movies on the huge TV. Really great value too.

Three adults shared the cabin and really enjoyed ourselves. The beds were comfortable and no better location for Devils Punch Bowl. The following notes are to the property manager / owner and resolution of these would elevate anyone’s stay: Please put out some Kleenex Please put waste baskets in the bedrooms themselves. Review silverware - sorely lacking in spoons. Kitchen tongs and a pan scrubby would be helpful. Add a liquid measure cup. Throughly clean- some cobwebs on lampshades, light fixtures and windows behind curtains. Clean mudroom of spiderwebs and fingerprints off door to house. Windows desperately need cleaning as well as screens. Lock on front door is HIGHLY sensitive. With the long code, it is very difficult to enter quickly enough before it times out. Must do repeated tries and can be frustrating. Consider switching the door hinges on refrigerator for better flow. Night light at top of stairs is out. Need to put reflective non-skid on the two middle stair steps. Cannot see them in the dark. Refrig is set too cold. Partly froze my cucumber. A separate recycling bin would be helpful. We did enjoy the cabin and hope to be back again!

Quaint dwelling in quiet setting. Large table where we shared meals, games, and catching up. Nice stash of books, games, and puzzles. Short walk to beach.
