Prospector Miners Cabin

This is the most remote place I have ever stayed. Cabin has TV but no WiFi or cell service. Signage helped get us to the cabin. No cell service means no google maps. Very pet friendly! My dogs are loving it! Will be back this summer with RV.

Perfect property for a short weekend of deer hunting. Pretty clean, neat, and cozy. We were able to watch our favorite movies and football teams’ games via the smart tv. The only drawbacks were dead flies (time of year), and a shower that didn’t work so had to take a bath. Overall, the property was great and easy to book/find.

No hot water no toilet floors ditry. It wrecked my weekend

Cabin was as expected. Nothing fancy, but all amenities listed were there. Stains on floor, floor unlevel, tub drips, a close neighboring cabin but shower was good, we could bring pets and a yard area we could walk. We liked our stay, could watch movies, ect. at night and woke up to a beautiful sunrise with sun pushing thru the foggy, misty morning as the grass glistened and refreshing cool air.

Always a joy and comfy place to stay when we come to Elk City.

Our stay was fine. A clean comfy bed. No frills. It reminds me of a hunting camp cabin. Communication w the host was great. Super friendly! The cabin served its purpose—just needed a bed and shower for one night. Thank you for letting us bring our old yellow lab too!

Clean, comfortable furniture, everything worked, and quiet.

The cabins were not easily identified as to name and there were several on the property. The cabin had been closed up and was very musty smelling. There was no outside lighting and we checked in after dark and had a difficult time accessing the property. There was only one window with a screen so we were unable to cool or air the cabin out and the one floor fan that was in the cabin was not working effectively. And, it was advertised as having wi-fi however upon our arrival there was a small note that said, unfortunately this cabin does not currently have wi-fi. We were not told that at check in or at reservation and we both needed to do work on our computers.

It would be nice to have an address as to where to find this place very hard to find

Perfect little cabin for a remote getaway just outside of Elk City. Everything was as expected and our small family enjoyed it and will definitely be returning!

Very nice place, definitly a cabon feel! Nice bed and recliner. Loved the kitchen.

It was perfect for our trip. Out of the way and so quiet. The little town was so cute. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Thank you again for making our vacation so memorable.

Pilot lights were out so the cabin smelled like gas. Dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived Dirty towels in hamper which left us short a towel Garbage still in can when we arrived Coffee expired in 2020
