We had a fabulous time in the mountains of Franklin and would absolutely stay here again. The road can feel treacherous for someone not used to it—my husband was comfortable driving it, but I definitely was not. That said, the outdoor space and the spectacular views were completely worth the drive. We were genuinely disappointed to leave and look forward to coming back next year!

The cabin was great however it was not properly cleaned and the dishwasher was broken. I reported it to Vacasa but did not get a response. Overall, I don't think I would choose to stay at another Vacasa property.

The oven was broken and toaster oven didn’t work, so cooking was slightly problematic. No laundry detergent so couldn’t wash linens. No outside eating area. Mountain view windows were very nasty. That being said, the view was everything it promised in the photos. The cabin had many cute niceties and was decorated well. The toiletries provided were top notch.I’d recommend actual curtains on the window wall to avoid the blinding afternoon sun, more lighting around cooking area, outdoor eating area. The view is stunning and was worth the small I convinces.

It’s exactly as described, will be coming back. Close to town, great view, overall just great. If you’re reading other reviews and worry about the road to the cabin yes it is steep, your front wheel drive car might struggle but it can make it.

Great getaway with a wonderful sunset view. Road access is a little tricky when you meet oncoming traffic, but I guess locals are used to it.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The view is stunning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The road up is a 1 lane gravel road with lots of sharp turns, however we never had an issue with vehicles coming in the opposite direction. We drove a 2020 mustang and put it in snow/wet for better traction and it was not a problem getting up to the cabin (other than my nervousness lol). We would definitely stay here again. Love the area.

Kevin is perfect they had everything you could possibly need except laundry soap. Mountain going up is very steep and the turnaround is very small but when when you get there. You do need an all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive to get up the worth the drive

House was beautiful, perfect location, pristine view. I think the problem I had was housekeeping. Trash was left in the house, dirty dishes in the dishwasher ( which was broken/ my husband fixed it). Key lock batteries died, had to wait on someone from management to give me the code for the house keys

This was a fantastic cabin, can't say enough about how nice it is. Very clean, well equipped, love the layout and furniture and all the attention to detail inside. Amazing view from the deck outside, our family loved hanging out on it in the morning and evening after rafting and hiking. You won't be disappointed!!!

This mountain top cabin is charmingly decorated and thoughtfully appointed - it really does have it all! It was easy to find and conveniently located to town. The gravel road to the house took us 5 minutes. There are several blind curves and hairpin turns. The gravel is rough and if you have a low riding sports car you might not like it. The driveway pad will take a little practice, but we were able to do a 3 point turn with our Tahoe. We found it very clean. There were hooks beside each door, extra blankets, lots of drawer and closet space (with hangers). We recommend you do a thorough walk-through to discover everything that makes this cabin so comfortable and special! The kitchen had plenty of cookware, mixing bowls, dishes, flatware, and every kind of cooking utensil. The appliances are full size, there is a toaster, blender, and both kinds of coffeemakers. The water is clean tasting, so just bring your own refillable bottle. The deck was so lovely every time of day. Nothing but a picture perfect view. A good portion of it is covered so you can enjoy being outside even if it is raining. The wifi is really quick, our cell service was also strong at the house. The TV system has lots of options and there is a dvd player. The cabin has a great location - just 10 minutes to 2 large grocery stores, gas stations and great local restaurants. There is plenty for every activity level within less than an hour's drive each way. This is one of the hidden gems in Franklin!

Amazing, quiet and comfortable cabin up, up, up a mountain. Stunning views of the Smokies and close to Franklin. Birds galore. Owners have the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware and basic spices. Gas fire outside was delightful to keep the morning and evening chill at bay. 4 WD vehicle would be best especially if it is raining. Steep hill that neighbors and others seem to enjoy digging up making it a bumpy ride.

This cabin is close to town but private and quiet. Enjoyed the large deck while grilling and watching the birds, fireflies and even a little bat at night. Wonderful cabin that we loved so much we booked another trip back in March!

Great location, view and total solitude. Long winding gravel road to the property. Be prepared to do a 5 to 10 pt turn around at the home as it is a small area. You also need to make sure to bring your own paper products, as we found out the hard way extra TP was not provided. But overall all this is a great place to stay and the view is awesome.
