Stayed Jul 8, 2023I have stayed at a number of cabins in the Virginia/Ely area; some good, some bad. This cabin was by far the nicest we have stayed at in a very long time. The cabin was bright and new, and beyond clean. To my surprise the cabin was well stocked with anything you might need, plus a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this cabin.

Stayed Oct 19, 2022I took my 3 kids (7, 10, 17) to this cabin for the MEA long weekend and we had an amazing time exploring the land around the cabin along with the Tower/Sudan/Ely area. Jeff and Kathy were excellent hosts-- welcomed us to the cabin, made sure we had everything we needed, brought us delicious cookies, and provided great recommendations for places to check out in the area. The cabin and land around the cabin are wonderful. The pictures don't capture the coziness and pristine condition the cabin is in. I have rented many places and this was by far the most thoughtful, detailed, clean accommodations. The kitchen is stocked well for full cooking/baking, the bedding is comfortable, and the grounds/dock area is very well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022The property is well kept, nicely organized and stocked. Everything is well maintained! Beautiful view looking out to daisy bay, the wildlife is very active in that area. The boat lift/dock makes this perfect for fishing lake vermillion. 1 in and 1 out. Will book again!

Stayed Aug 14, 2021Wow! What a great experience staying with Jeff and Cathy. They were amazing hosts and they have a great property. Everything we needed they supplied. Cabin was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Boat lift worked out well. Loved that the property had a grill and a fish cleaning station. I would highly recommend.
