Jim is a great host! There was a small hiccup with water heaters which he quickly fixed. We left a day early and Jim refunded us before we even checked out. His cabin is beautiful and well appointed. And the views are spectacular! We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Jim.

Jim welcomed us personally to his family cabin, shared its rich history, and gave us useful info for our stay.

This is our second time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The views are stunning, the home is comfortable and has everything we needed. We saw 2 deer right outside the front door. If you like hiking this is the place for you!

I also own a property in Highland Pines but needed to rent a second one to accommodate some additional friends. What is truly unique about this property is that it has views to both the east and west- Prescott to the east and Skull Valley and magnificent sunsets to the west. The host is also responsive and wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for an escape in the Pines!

Jim, you have no idea how much it meant to us allowing us to be apart of your beautiful home. So much history is apart of this home. You can tell it has been cared for with love. The view was beautiful sunset and sunrise. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Jim was so sweet. Thank you again. Sinclair family ❤️

I have to say, this cabin is a hidden gem! We spent the weekend up there and had a hard time leaving! Sitting on the deck you will catch the most breathtaking views and sunset. It’s picture perfect! The cabin was extremely clean and stocked with every little thing you can imagine! Jim was amazing and so personable. He met us for checkin and gave us a quick tour around. Very responsive on chat. The only thing we missed was signing the guest book! But that’s ok, we will definitely be back again!
