Peaceful Redwood Hideaway - Hot Tub, A/C, Walk to Russian River and Downtown

Beautiful home amongst the redwoods. Clean and cozy, comfy bed, and close to shopping and wineries. our host was amazing! Communicated with us the whole time to ensure our stay was better than expected. Can’t wait to book again. This place is a real gem.

The cottage was delightful, nestled among redwood trees. It was clean and cozy, yet had all the amenities necessary to cook full meals. There was excellent heating and probably cooling, but we didn't need it. The best was a completely private back patio area with a hot tub.Our host, Lexi, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This truly was a five-star cabin. Comfortable, relaxing, and in a great location. It was ideal for a long weekend getaway among the redwoods.

Lexi was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Relaxing in the hot tub among the trees was amazing and so relaxing.

This place was perfect for our trip and Lexi was a great host and was super communicative. The entire process was super simple and easy and we had a great time. Walking to town was super easy and the home itself was cozy and lovely to hang out in, especially the hot tub. Would definitely come back, we loved it.

Comfortable, clean, private place in the beautiful redwoods. Nice BBQ with all the tools and lots of spices for cooking. A pub and deli on the river within walking distance if you don't want to cook. Can walk to town on a neighborhood road with more redwoods. Host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. And, we did. Highly recommend.

Great location, very clean, private hot tub, bed was comfortable.

Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old.

My husband and I wanted to get away and found this gem. I’m picky about cleanliness and this place was IMMACULATE! We appreciated all of the attention to detail throughout. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after hiking. Loved the hammock. And the nod to pulp fiction in the bedroom. Lexi is incredibly responsive and friendly and every detail was noted. Thank you again for hosting us!!

This cabin was a delight to stay in. It was sweet, clean, and convenient for getting to the river and into town. It was very beautiful nestled among the trees.

Immaculate, super clean charming centrally located. Comfortable bed, plenty of supplies towels / robes were a really nice touch and the sound sleep machine in the bedroom. Peaceful in the redwoods. Host was perfectly communicative Our family of 4, 2 children in their 20s and us stayed on property and we were all very comfortable. We walked to breakfast across the street - farmhand and to dinner at stumpton brewery, both lovely views of the river. Short drive to Rio Nido roadhouse, Johnson beach, Korbel winery and Armstrong Redwoods. First time to Guerneville and our stay was excellent.

A great place to stay if you want access to redwoods, ocean and wineries! Lexi was a super host and the stay was clean, organized and charming. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub in the evenings. Perfect for a long weekend!

My husband and I rent places in Guernville every year for the July 4th weekend, and this was probably our favorite stay so far! The place was perfect for the two of us, we LOVED having our own private hot tub & deck, and having an extra half bath was super convenient. The place was well equipped & stocked with everything we needed, lots of towels & extra blankets/bedding, coffee & spices & snacks in the kitchen as well. The location was perfect for us, super close to Rio Nido & downtown Guerneville, and we loved having Stumptown Brewery & the Farmhand Deli just across River Road. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Very thoughtfully stocked, detailed instructions, convenient location, responsive communication. Only issue was navigating the parking spot on a hill. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Very nice place to visit and close to our favorite winery

We had a very relaxing time. Loved the convenience of the brewery across the street and having the jacuzzi every night already hot and ready for us. Bed was extremely cozy and having all the tv media outlets available for evening movies was a bonus too.

My husband and I stayed here one night during our honeymoon road trip. We were thoroughly pleased with everything about this property! So pretty, clean and comfortable and Lexi was incredibly easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This place is clean and cozy. Great for a couple. Appliances and hot tub are a little dated, but they were clean and operational. Bed was very comfy. Brewery and Cafe are right across the street and there is a side road that you can comfortably walk the mile to town. Had a minor plumbing issue while there but owner was extremely responsive and helped us resolve it later that day. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful one-day getaway and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is perfectly situated in an amazing location, offering stunning views of nature. It’s spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape and enjoy the beauty of nature!

The cabin was clean, well appointed, and a pretty convenient location for activities available in that area. We also appreciated the nice touch of having local tea, hot chocolate, snacks, etc available for our use. Highly recommended overall.

My husband and I love taking off and exploring parts of California. This visit was to the Sonoma County area. Peaceful Redwood Hideaway was a very comfortable place to stay. The instructions were clear and thorough. Lexi has stocked the house with everything needed to be well cared for and even pampered. It also allowed us easy access to many beautiful sites... Armstrong Redwood State Park and Goat Rock area were our favorites. On the downside is how close it is to the busy and noisy main road. But this was not enough of a problem to effect our rating of a 10 for Peaceful Redwood Hideaway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is situated in a prime location, close to the river and nestled among tall trees. We were thrilled to find everything impeccably clean and welcoming. Lexi, the owner, reached out to check on us and had thoughtfully prepared a guest book filled with great suggestions for dining and activities in the area. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind and relax at the end of each day. We will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend: - Bed was firm and comfortable - Shower had strong water pressure - It was quiet but still close to town (and walkable to both a breakfast spot and a brewpub) - Keypad access was easy and reliable - Hot tub was clean and toasty - Communication was clear and detailed - Having the extra half-bath was a nice plus
