Summary:

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and 36 door openings for added accessibility. Upstairs in the open loft area, you’ll find one queen bed and two twin beds, along with a convenient half bath. The downstairs bedroom features two queen beds. Each sleeping area includes a TV with satellite service for your enjoyment. The living area offers a comfortable gathering space with a couch, loveseat, wood-burning fireplace,and a TV with satellite and DVD player. The full bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower and comes supplied with towels and basic toiletries. The full kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils to make meal preparation easy during your stay.

The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

Clubhouse Access – Featuring arcade games, crane machines, and a pool table — perfect for a little friendly competition.

Sports Field – Includes a volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole boards, and a small children’s playset so everyone can join in on the fun.

Seasonal Saltwater Pool – Take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, open seasonally for guests to enjoy.

Pet Policy: This is a non-pet-friendly cabin.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. However, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.
