Management was kind and very responsive when the ceiling fan lost a blade while we were gone... (those things happen.) The house is a bit dated, but the biggest concern is that being on a hill, it slants downhill enough that the shower door has problems staying closed and during severe thunderstorms, we were a bit nervous... but the biggest concern is the access. DO NOT try to find this place in the dark; it is hard enough in the daylight. And do not rely on electronic maps for directions. We didn't realize until day 2 that there was a sign at the entrance that advises 4-wheel drive... the manager really played down the treachery of the road to get there.

Beautiful Mountain View it felt very secluded .We loved the porch swing at treetop level. We saw elk , turkey, songbirds and butterflies. The road up is best for a 4x4 and we had some car issues but did make it. Doubtful it would be reachable without a 4x4 in winter snow. The mobile home is dated but well appointed for a cabin feel with multiple areas outdoors that we enjoyed. Definitely a place we may return to another summer.

The house was very cute. Loved the tranquility. We got to see baby black bears right on the porch that was amazing. The only problem where the beds they had like a sink hole in the middle that wss very uncomfortable. Other than that it was good.

The cabin is in a nice, quiet area very peaceful once you arrive! Has 2 rocking chairs and 1 2 person swing. The space was clean and cozy overall, at least 1 bed could use updating for more comfort. The fireplace and jetted tub weren’t working during our stay, which was a little disappointing. I’d also recommend arriving during daylight hours, as it can be tricky to find after dark because of 1 way dirt road. Still, a relaxing spot if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Lovely cabin in the Smokies with cozy interior. Patio could use a little more lighting, but everything was setup so well, we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed for a weekend. The drive up was sketchy in the dark, but we had expected it because of previous reviews. We had no problems getting up the hill in our 4Runner. The cabin was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean We will be back.

Only has a window ac in one room and a floor ac in master. Never did get quite cool enough even with the fans. Yes the mountains are normally cooler but going in July we were shocked to see this. We endured and it was not half bad. The house is nice but it does lean like one other review mentioned. Some of the roads to get to it were rough on my car. But they did say to have a AWD.

We really enjoyed the remote nature of the cabin! We even had a bear sighting on the gravel road in front of the cabin while we had coffee on the porch. 4 wheel drive is a must, and if you follow the directions provided (do not rely on Google Maps), accessing the cabin is quick and easy. Just a note, there is one part of the road which can be confused for a driveway at the top of a hill, but the road does continue downhill between two houses. We learned our lesson after missing it the first time. The outdoor seating and spaces are peaceful and private. It is a quick drive to the Cherokee reservation and the Soco Waterfall.

Property is well maintained and in a secluded location. Not very far from the main US 19 highway but the access road is tricky and definitely advice a AWD or 4WD. Also saw a Black bear visit close to the cabin which added to the experience.
