One bedroom cabin minutes from the Frio River and Garner State Park!

Very clean. Doors were broken but very clean. Was perfect for our one night stay after a local concert.

The place is very cute and the area is quiet. My stepson really enjoyed the chickens and the wooden boat that was built for kids. The owner is super nice and quick to respond to questions. We were bummed we weren’t able to tube the river but the owner gave us a suggestion of a place to go to enjoy the river.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot when we were directed to and given the wrong cabin. No verification of who we were, just gave us the code to another couples cabin. Then we noticed oddities like an uncomfortable platform toilet? No shower curtain? Then worst of all, someone unlocked our cabin while my wife was showering. Lack of security and trust. The place is fine for what it is, but will not stay here again.

The place was perfect. I’ll definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Great cabin and location. Hosts are gracious, prompt and even provided an opportunity to feed the chickens as something fun to do. Definitely would stay again!

The cabin was nice , but it does need to have the spider webs cleaned by front window Last night we had Fire ant in bathroom after the rainIf we are in the area we will try to stay there again.Thank you for replacing the TVTerri

We had an absolutely incredible stay here. The house was amazing and super cozy. And close to all the restaurants. And beau was an incredible help and always answered quickly whenever we needed something.

Nice little house out of the way and quiet but still two minutes from downtown. Unusual feature, chick coup with fresh eggs. We didn’t divulge in the eggs but did say Hi to all the hens.

The cabin was cute but had a smell of rancid meat. We tried to spray with febreeze open windows but couldnt get rid of it. Also not a lot of kitchen ware we had to biy

My hubby and spent our days at Garner State Park, visiting anrique stores, and relaxing. The place was just as described. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area!

Right there for the Three Twisted Sisters ride. Very cute and the Hens with eggs were an amazing touch!!! Such a cute cozy little cabin- absolutely a gem in Leakey! Owners were fast to respond with our questions!! Loved it!

We had never visited Leaky, and we were pleasantly surprised by how cute the town is! We were even more impressed with our cabin! It's in the perfect location, exceptionally clean, modern yet quaint, and very comfortable. Brad, the owner, was very responsive to our communication. We look forward to heading back next month!

Such a cute, comfortable cabin. It was perfect for our overnight stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Owner was great to work with. I would definitely stay again.
