Great property, spacious kitchen and plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. Nice appliances and furnishings. The Keurig did not work, but there was two coffee makers so we just brewed coffee in the other. But overall at a great house, great location and it worked well for us.

I am so pleased with our stay! We all absolutely loved this home. It was spacious and clean. The house had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Owner was easy to communicate with. We visit Okoboji frequently and this has been one of the best places we've stayed. I would definitely check to see if this place is available when visiting again. Was very nice property. Quite area….nice to go back from a day of activity to quiet relaxing property.

The corner lot was very nice,easy access out to 242nd Ave a huge plus because parking becomes congested along the streets especially Thursday thru Sunday. Layout of the home was great rooms were spacious. The Host responded to our questions promptly. Ann you have a lovely home thank you for sharing with us. We would definitely book this home again!

We stayed here when there were rains and flooding was at the worst. The home was very spacious with our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Unfortunately the lower level living room and 1 bedroom had wet saturated carpert. We contacted the host and did not hear back. We were able to move fans around and after 3 days the carpets dried. The last 2 days of our stay the temps were close to 90 degrees. The air conditioner could not cool the home, it was 82 degrees in side. Even with not ideal conditions, we enjoyed the spacious main floor, dining area and living room. There were two communities pools in a few minutes of walking with shaded seating area too.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Close to the lake.

This may have been the best stocked rental we have stayed at—lots of towels, blankets, appliances, etc. They have pretty much everything we needed. We love the Bridges Bay Area but unfortunately encountered several loud parties surrounding us during our stay that significantly impacted our sleep. At one point I was awaken at 2:30am by a loud drunk group that was on the roof at a rental behind us! We were woken up by a different party every night of our stay. We have never experienced this in the area before so it could have been a fluke or they are starting to allow parties in the area.
