The Sunset Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame Cabin located on 200 feet of spectacular private cobblestone beach overlooking Blue Hill Bay, deep water frontage with private mooring and a new 150' pier with float/dock. This unique property enjoys southern exposure with amazing sunsets and island views from nearly every vantage point. Quiet Side of Mount Desert Island. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular.

The Space:

This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame studio cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach, dock and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Situated along the back wall of the cabin is a king sized platform bed. Past the kitchen is a stunning full bathroom with walk in tile shower with glass doors and a soaker tub.

Sunset Cabin is nestled in along a rocky cliff with amazing private outdoor space that includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset.

Please note that these pictures were taken while we are still finalizing outdoor landscaping for the season. New pictures will be posted shortly with the final landscaping and outdoor spaces.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private cabin, outdoor amenities, 200 feet of cobblestone beach and the dock.

Other Things to Note:

The parking area is a short walk to the cabin.
