Newly Reduced! Family Cabin with Sand Beach & Swimming Area 2 Hours From Cities

Perfect place to stay with family. Great lake for fishing and swimming. Cabin has everything you need, highly recommend.

Check in was seamless, everything went as owners had said it would, very nice kitchen and well stocked with needed amenities. We loved the griddle for morning pancakes. Nice big table to sit around for meals and games with family. Very peaceful location, we enjoyed fishing from the dock, kids had a blast catching fish, and everyone enjoyed jumping off the raft and kayaks. Perfect shallow sandy beach for kids to play, water temp was amazing! We enjoyed a couple campfires in provided fire pit. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. The only downfalls falls were no air conditioning as it was very humid while we were there, even a couple fans on sight would be great, and cleanliness was an 8 out of ten. We would definitely stay again and hope we can someday.

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a week and it was wonderful! The lake is small and quiet. There were kayaks we could use so we kayaked around the lake a few times. The loons sang us to sleep!

Loved the property, the house, the kitchen, the beach, all the toys (kayaks, canoe, floating dock), the beds were so comfortable, the amazing supply of bath towels and beach towels, the big dining table where we could play games in the evening, the table and chairs on the deck for morning coffee and conversations, and the GIANT JENGA game in the porch which was enjoyed so much by the three teenagers who created an eyes closed and spin around three times before pulling out on of the pieces. The only negative...it was so HOT the week we were there and there is no A/C in the house. However, we had grandpa bring up a couple of fans and that improved the situation immensely.

We had a great week at this amazing property! The cabin is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunks. The porch area was very nice and well equipped with kids stuff and games, enough that we felt like we didn't really need to pack anything extra for the kids. Outdoor space was incredible! Sand beach was enjoyed by the kids. The water was clear and the kids loved swimming and kayaking. Fishing right off the dock was amazing with lots of pan fish, bass, and northern pike! The lake was very quiet and peaceful. Andrew was phenomenal to work with, great communication. Overall just the trip our family needed and could not have asked for a better place. Will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful property with many conveniences and extras. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than at a rental property. Wonderfully appointed cabin including basketball, games, cozy blankets, fire pit, kayaks, canoe, life vests, beach toys and noodles, beach towels, oils, spices and condiments, fire wood, gas grill, raft, outdoor lounge chairs, washer and dryer, porch, movies, etc. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning with 87 degrees and tropical humidity levels in the forecast with no air conditioning. We kept the windows and doors shut with the ceiling fans on and the cabin temperature remained surprisingly cool and comfortable! We were looking for a family vacation without having to worry about the coronavirus pandemic and we got it! The location is very private and the lake was very quiet. We went swimming and kayaking almost daily and found ourselves to be the only people on the lake almost every time. We were also concerned about the water quality on such a small lake. Weeds, yes, but the water was clean and clear. Lovely cabin, recommended by both kids (ages 11 and 12) and adults!

Our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children stayed for one week. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful cabin which sits right next to the lake. The cabin was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The porch was my favorite place to be in the morning with my coffee and book. The kids loved the kayaks, paddle board and of course catching fish from the dock. The water next to the beach was clear and sandy with no weeds which my grandkids loved. We even saw a snapping turtle next to the dock. That caused some excitement! We had perfect weather so didn't need to use the big variety of games and movies that were available. It was a wonderful week! Thank you so much Andrew.

The location on a medium sized clean clear lake was ideal for our family to kayak , using our own yaks as well as the 2 provided . The beach area was in tune with keeping the health of the lake in mind with an adequate sandy area for kids and adults to play in water . The swim raft out a little distance keep swimmers in touch with a place to rest up a little and hang out . Overall it was a peaceful setting with loons , eagles and sunfish for kids of all ages to catch right off the dock . The accommodations were clean, comfortable and functional . A very pleasant open area for cooking and dining , keeping everyone in the mix of conversations . Some high lights that brought smiles were the vast array of ‘ thinking ‘ games , toys and puzzles , from chess to legos ! Dining outside on the lake facing deck was great : the lack of bugs and afternoon shade from 1pm - sunset made being outside a treat for everyone . The best question to ask someone if they truly think something to be worthwhile / enjoyable , is to ask if they would do it again . Our group’s collective answer is a resounding YES !

We had an amazing week at this cabin. It was meticulously kept, had everything we could have ever wanted -- including toys for my youngest and a cool loft bedroom for my teenager! The host was so accommodating! It was a great experience. Can't wait to go back!

We were thrilled with our stay! The cabin is clean, very comfortable and well stocked with supplies. We especially appreciated the kids toys, books and movies as well as the kids plates, cups and utensils! The close proximity of the cabin to the lake was fabulous! The separate porch area was great too and a wonderful morning coffee spot to watch the sunrise over the lake and entertain my toddler until the others awoke! We really enjoyed this quiet lake. As soon as we arrived we were already talking about a return trip. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!
