Stayed Apr 30, 2026the house was comfortable for the 9 people who stayed there; There was originally supposed to be more which might have been a bit tight . Since the weather was cool and a bit rainy for this time of year, a lot of time was spent indoors and everyone was very comfortable. The Kitchen had everything we needed except for a good frying pan but not knowing I brought one! The hot tub and sauna were great if underused.

Stayed Jan 30, 2026We had a nice time at this house for a friends ski weekend. The host was communicative and welcoming throughout the process leading up to, and during, our stay. Conveniently located about 10 minute drive from Holiday Valley which was perfect for us.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026We loved this house! Our family spent a long holiday weekend there for skiing and everyone had fun. The house was very nicely equipped, had many thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, hand warmers and more. The hosts were very responsive although we really didn’t need anything. We would love to go back again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The house and property were excellent. Didn't feel crowded, with with 12 people there. Well maintained, with all of the listed amenities. Very close to Ellicottville, with a ton of fun places to go. Kitchen was very well stocked. Enough to cook 3 dinners, without having to bring many supplies. Plenty of extra blankets, and more clean towels than I've ever had in a VRBO.

Stayed Nov 26, 20244 generations for Thanksgiving holiday. Location was perfect to feel like we were away from everything but only minutes for trips to grocery store and shopping, with great view. Awesome dining table for large family dinner. Few small issues that owner had corrected within an hour of contacting. We forgot our air mattress for the kids, and the one available on site had leak but we were able to rearrange sleeping to make it work for us. Hot tub and game room were favorite pastimes. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking for 4 or even more cars. Would stay again.
