This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is tucked within the gated Walnut Mountain community—where mountain views, peaceful privacy, and resort-style amenities create the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. This cabin is perfect for couples, friends traveling together and families.

Living Areas: Inside, natural wood finishes and stone fireplaces make every moment feel like a cozy mountain postcard. The main living room features leather sofas, a plush sectional, and a gas fireplace, setting the tone for quiet mornings or movie nights by the fire. It has a 60 smart TV. Open floor plan gives it a modern twist.

Downstairs, a second gathering space with 2 separate lounge areas, invites fun and friendly competition with a ping pong table, board games, and a large 60 smart TV for streaming your favorite movies. Sink into the leather sectional after a spirited match or curl up by the second stone fireplace. This area has been designed for large groups or families with 2 areas for hanging out, one space has the fire-pit deck right outside and the second space has the hot tub on the porch outside, both with large sectionals. Rustic and modern decor. Perfect for teens, kids and adults, you will never want to leave.


Kitchen & Dining
The spacious open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a large island with 2 barstools for casual conversations while meals come together. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day of exploring or a hearty dinner for the group, this kitchen has everything you need to cook in style.
Gather around the beautiful dining table, seating six, as mountain light filters through the windows, or step outside to the covered porch where bar seating for six overlooks the trees—ideal for sipping morning coffee or toasting the sunset with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need from utensils, silverware, glasses, baking tools and much more.

Master on main level: The primary suite is a luxurious escape with a king bed, freestanding soaking tub, and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in tiled shower with bench and dual vanities—your own private spa after a day in the mountains. The windows over the tub and bathroom have a gorgeous view of the mountain wilderness. The master also has a smart TV, dresser with a mirror, huge closet for storage.

Second King on main level: The second bedroom offers a King bed and smart TV. A fully updated and modern bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower right outside the second bedroom on main floor.

Third bedroom on lower level: Features two queen beds and a loveseat—perfect for kids, cousins, or friends sharing a space. A full walk in shower, single vanity and bathroom on lower level. The window above the vanity area has a gorgeous view.

Outdoor Amenities:
Main level: Breathe in crisp mountain air from multiple decks designed for gathering and relaxation. The main level porch right outside the kitchen features two classic rocking chairs and a gas grill for cookouts under the pines. Bar seating for 6 and 2 rocking chairs on this deck with string lights for evening gatherings and cocktails.

Lower level: Downstairs, the covered deck’s hot tub with a waterfall feature and lights is pure bliss—especially after hiking, apple picking, or exploring downtown Ellijay. As twilight falls, listen to the wind through the trees and the distant calls of wildlife echoing through the mountains. This is the kind of peace that stays with you long after your trip ends. Pool towels for 8 people will be provided. The deck has hooks for hanging your towels and additional seating.
Hot Tub will be hot and ready for use.

Remote work setup: A desk with dual monitors, keyboard and a mouse with an ergonomic chair makes this level perfect for a remote work getaway within steps away from a gorgeous mountain forest backdrop. Since it is away from the main level and kitchen, you can have your own space to get work done. There is a mini fridge next to the desk for snacks and beverages.

An additional deck on this level has a gas fire pit under the stars for gathering around, enjoying s'mores, toasting to a beautiful day spent in the mountains.

There is a covered porch in front of the home with a swing and you can view north Georgia mountains on the other side of the street.

There is also a washer dryer unit at the lower level.

The lower level also has two radiant space heaters for extra warmth on chilly nights in the mountains. A large pedestal fan is also available in the lower level bedroom closet available for use on porches, decks for those hot Georgia summers.

Other Amenities
The cabin includes fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, central heat and air, smart TVs, and keyless entry. All linens and towels are provided, and the home is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before each stay.

Parking on driveway only, all paved access about 5 mins from front entrance gate 2. No need to four wheel drive to access the cabin.

Gas Fireplaces available October to March. For main level fireplace, use remote to turn on and off. Please do not touch or move the Fire Logs. Doing so will disperse soot into the cabin. A minimum file of $500 will be imposed if logs are moved. DO NOT burn real wood in the gas fireplace. A minimum fine of $1500 will be imposed is real wood is burned in the fireplace. If you are having an issue with the fireplace, please contact the host.

Started supplies of toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap for each sink, laundry detergent, dish soap/brush and detergent for dishwasher, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen roll, coffee pods, creamer/sugar will be provided with each stay. Bath towel and hand towels will be provided for each guest.


Walnut Mountain Community:
The cabin is inside the mountain and offers a wide variety of activities:

1. Scenic walks along walnut ridge and beyond, gorgeous views on both sides on the street.
2. Seasonal swimming pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Use guest gate access code to enter the pool.
3. Tennis and pickleball courts.
4. Several lakes for fishing. No swimming allowed.
5. Hiking trails.
