This was the absolute perfect cabin for our family. My kids loved the bunk beds with a tv for each. We came out for our first time in pigeon forge and to go to Dollywood. This was the absolute perfect distance to Dollywood and downtown area. It was well stocked with towels and the entire cabin was very clean. Really quiet area as well even with the highway close. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved that the resort was somewhat secluded and away from the touristy buzz of Pigeon Forge. The treetop cabin was everything we had hoped for - from the setup, the amenities and the decor. Beautiful. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. The check in process was super simple and came with very clear instructions before arrival. The communication leading up to our stay made us feel at ease at all times and we knew exactly what to expect.

It was a lovely cabin with a great deck and hot tub. Very clean! Very convenient to Pigeon Forge but still felt a bit secluded.

Just wish you would bring back all the lights on the deck railing they all seemed to be burned out. It truly made it feel so much more magical staying at the cabins having it all lit up at night.

The communication was great! Was a nice cabin, however, fire alarm through out entire cabin went off at 1am(we had a 3am wake up call) and terrified us and our kids. No cooking, neither of us smoke, no fire place on, etc. They shut off after about 10 seconds but was alarming at 1am waking us from a dead sleep. They did say they would get maintenance out once we were gone. Had to unplug washer to get our clothes out as it threw an error code that when looking it up said it was a lock malfunction. Shower on main level got barely warm, cold sometimes randomly and the shower head was extremely loose. Not sure of other shower as we only used the main level one. Lots of ripped white shower towels and bleached black face towels. Fridge also had a very fishy/stinky smell. Overall we werent at the cabin much but it was okay for the amount we stayed and price.. we premade and packed our own food so did not cook. Hottub was nice and seemed very clean. Walk with lots of luggage would be frustrating but for us was fine. Overall we would stay again for the price we paid but just a few things to be on the lookout for. We stayed in Unit 7 and it was quiet and the farthest one back.

Perfect instructions for checking in--made that very easy. House was as pictured and described--very nice. Spiral stairs are neat--but tight to climb up in case that is an issue for anyone. Location to Dollywood can't be beat! We would certainly stay again.

Close to everything but also very quiet

It was a very clean and beautifully decorated cabin. The cabin was very spacious for five adults. One of the issues that we felt uncomfortable with is using the metal spiral staircase. The other issue was the cabin was located quite a distance from the parking lot and it made it difficult to get luggage down and up. However the location of the cabin was close to restaurants and tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay and it was a very quiet area.

Great stay! Very clean and ideal location. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around! Only giving 4/5 stars for check-in process because the code didn’t work on the door so we had to keep up with a key, but they had an immediate solution and immediate response so overall wasn’t a big deal. I thought a treehouse stay would be a great new adventure with friends, and it was! The location couldn’t have been better, because we had an option to avoid the heavy traffic areas & access most all restaurants & activities. With each vacation rental experience, I expect (or hope for) a good night’s sleep, hot water, quiet atmosphere, and a clean home that is exactly as advertised. This home did not disappoint! Except for a code-box glitch upon arrival (which was immediately dealt with by the host when I called), this was a 5 star experience. The builder spared no expense to make this cabin and the treehouse community exceptional. Even the pathways & railings were well designed. Getting to our cabin was a longer walk, but the view was worth it. If mobility is an issue, you might request something closer to parking. Our cabin was peacefully quiet, beds & linens more comfortable than my own bedroom, and all we needed was provided. My only suggestion would be that a couple of added chairs would be nice (possibly small chairs against the kitchen wall) so that they could be pulled up for extra family & friends seating. Backless stools wouldn’t be comfortable for long. The refrigerator temp seemed low, & the absence of available ice was unique for us…but certainly manageable when you’re blessed with a hot tub high in the trees on a mountain cabin deck!

Beautiful & comfy cabin! The description can’t do this cabin justice. This cabin is literally right next door to Dollywood. You don’t even have time to warm your vehicle engine before you’re in the Dollywood parking lot lol. We really enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to go back.

Nice location. Quiet, except for the 10pm nightly fireworks from Dollywood. It was clean and comfy. One drawback was the lack of a dining space that fit 6 people.

We recently spent 8 nights here and loved it! We comfortably fit our family of 5 (including 3 boys ages 7,13,15) in the unit! We were here for the Ripken Experience and loved the convenience of getting to and from the park, was just a 5 min drive. Unit had everything we needed, was clean and property well maintained. Loved the hot tub and watching the Dollywood fireworks from our front porch. Everything is close by including restaurants and grocery stores but we didn’t have to deal with traffic from the main drag. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was super cute and perfect for our family of 4. My son loved the bunk beds. Place was centrally located and everything we wanted was very close. There were lots of wasps on the decks but that was our only issue.

Property was very easy to locate. There was easy access to downtown Pigeon Forge and main highway to Gatlinburg. The accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable along with the pillows. The grill worked great, no issues. I would love to book again as there was bunk beds upstairs and each bunk had its own tv. Thank you for a great weekend.

The property was very clean and in a great location! My only complaint is that the opening to the steep staircase is right next to the child bunk beds. I wish there were some gate or protective measure for those traveling with littles. Other than that, everything was great!

My husband, kids (14,11, 9) and I really enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat the convenience to Dollywood (around the corner literally) and to surrounding attractions. While you can hear a little road noise on the back deck, it's nice and tucked into the trees and makes it still feel private. It was nice, clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. My only recommendation is make sure you bring non stick spray and salt and pepper as basics if you plan on doing any cooking. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

These cabins are perfect for a family vacation in Pigeon Forge!! We have a one year old and look for a clean place to stay. We hit the jackpot! The cabin was immaculate and so comfortable! The area is very quiet and peaceful. You are also close to all attractions. We will be back!! 10/10

Excellent property right next door to Dollywood. Having 6 members of our family stay there for an extended weekend, we enjoyed being in the woods but also near many of the amenities of the area. The cabin was clean, the hot tub was enjoyed by the family, and the overall property was in great shape.

The property was very clean. Obviously almost brand new. Driving directions were perfect. Felt removed from all the traffic in PF, but only a few minutes away. This would be a great place to stay when you visit Dollywood. It is literally right next door. Everything was as described. We had no need for any assistance,, but the manger checked in by text to make sure we were pleased. Definitely would stay again.

Better than expected..lots of room and close to all amenities

This place was very well kept, incredibly clean. The whole check in process was super easy. I went with my husband and 2 daughters, ages 7 and 14. My 14 yr old loved having a bedroom to herself and my 7 yr only loved that the bunk beds had tvs. Hot tub was also very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with the family. We went to Dollywood a couple days of the trip, and it was nice having it right there with little ones. We enjoyed the hot tub and the overall appearance of the cabin. It was spacious for all of us. You will get your workout in with the steps/ walkway to the cabin and spiral staircase, but we would definitely love to stay here again!

Location was great, property beautiful, wildlife courteous but tried to hibernate with us lol. Quite and perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. If u are over 50 do not stay in cabin 7. It is beautiful but traveling up and down stairs was tough with having to walk so far with our luggage. The closeness to eating, shopping and adventures was perfect.

We only stayed for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer. This property was Awesome. Super close to Dollywood. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. That decks with hot tub and grill or super cool. I love the lighted pathways leading to the property. Will definitely be going back.

Beautiful cabin and exactly what is advertised. This would be a fantastic location for anyone who wants to do a family trip. There are multiple cabins and they’re all connected with walk ways and stairs throughout. Felt like a giant tree house. It’s beautiful at night too because it’s all strong with lights. The hot tub was great. It is a little bit of walking, but they provide collapsible wagons to use to transport your stuff. That was a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The cabin is full of everything you need. Its close to everything.but yet peaceful and secluded. Definately recommend them and will stay again. The host was attentive and prompt and very communicative

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very cute and clean and worked perfectly for our group. The location is very easy to get to but not much of a mountain view. Hot tub was wonderful. The only downside for our particular cabin was it was a long walk from the parking lot to our cabin and we had two sets of steps to get down to our cabin. The steps made it a challenge to use the wagon that was provided and get our luggage and food all the way to our door. We knew about the parking lot and the walk down the ramps, but we did not realize we had steps too. We ended up not using the wagon and just had to carry all of our stuff and make multiple trips. Some cabins did not have the steps. We would request one of those the next time. Thanks for a great stay!
